My mother was involved in a car accident and her vehicle ended up being totaled. Unfortunately that left my mother very uneasy about driving. Tosh was patient, she was kind and she listened to every single need my mother had. She went over multiple cars and options for those cars. She showed us multiple colors and trims. She never once pushed her into any vehicle. She went over all the features of the car with my mom and made sure she was happy with the car she was purchasing. She was attentive and understanding.
