His manager, Daniel Matysek, also exhibited the highest level of courtesy and professionalism - he came in, addressed all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction, was reasonable at all times and, with the help of Randy, closed the deal. I finished up with Alex Barrash in finance – also a great experience. He clearly explained all of my options, answered my questions, and got me thru my paperwork very quickly. At all times, the Heritage Mazda Catonsville gave me a feeling of competence and honesty. I had a great experience and will return in the future. More

Finally got it right Bought a 2009Toyota Corolla from the Mazda/Subaru dealer and the Tire Pressure Indicator was on. They filled the tires to specified pressure and we dr Bought a 2009Toyota Corolla from the Mazda/Subaru dealer and the Tire Pressure Indicator was on. They filled the tires to specified pressure and we drove off the lot. It continued to be lit (my daughter was driving it so didn't get the specifics). Brought it back and they ran a diagnostic and the O2 sensor was bad. Had to bring it back a second time because they had to order the part from the Toyota section up the street. It came in and had t make another appointment to have it repaired only to find out the parts guy at Toyota sent the wrong sensor down. Another appointment. Got the sensor repaired, but the tire pressure monitor was still lit!?!. Frustrated I left again and had to come back again after driving the vehicle overnight to ensure the sensor light didn't go off. Came in and got the repair done. Mazda/Subaru picked up the tab since it was still less than 2 weeks into the purchase. Now throughout all of these visits, there was a person that went to bat for me, made sure if I needed a ride/shuttle was arranged. She made the calls to the Toyota end to ensure they got it right. Ms Jennifer Cahill is the epitome of customer service. Always smiling, knowledgeable, courteous and nothing but helpful. I kow I will be going to the Toyota end for service, but I had to commend Ms Cahill for her skills. If you wanted to put a positive face on a challenging position to be in it would be Jennifer's. Thanks for all you did going to bat for us and getting the job done. More

They forgot my car in their lot I came to this dealership with good expectations based on the reviews online tempered by my past experiences of car shopping. I was vastly disappointe I came to this dealership with good expectations based on the reviews online tempered by my past experiences of car shopping. I was vastly disappointed. My old lease with a different make was coming to an end and I started looking at Mazda to start up a new lease. I was assured by Bradlee that it would be all taken care of. He assured me that by signing up with the new lease and trading in my old car, they would take care of turning my old car back in, its last payment, and its disposition fee. I drove away in my new car, leaving the old behind sure that it would be taken care of. I was very wrong. Not only did Bradlee and the team neglect to send a check in a timely manner for the old car (meaning I needed to cover the last payment or suffer penalties), Heritage's accountants weren't even AWARE of the need to send a check to begin with. And then, the dealership continued to allow my old car to sit in their lot. Unmoving. With it's lease end date approaching closer each day. I called multiple times to find the location of the car and figure out why it had not been sent back yet, and no one could give me an answer. I was promised a call back from Jason that never happened. I finally got the old cars lease-ending agents to call Heritage, but guess what. They didn't get a call back either. I finally got in contact with Arandre who not only found where my old car was, but immediately sent it to where it needed to go and started the process for it's final return. So thank goodness for Arandre. And thank goodness the old car is on its way back. However, why the xxxx did it take over 6 weeks to get this sorted? Apparently, they forgot about it. Just like they forgot they were supposed to send a check to pay for the remainder on the old car. They have supposedly made changes, but I would still stay far away. How they could be so neglectful in their practice, I have no idea. This was a horrible experience and if all Mileone dealerships are like this, then I am never going to one ever again. More
