Reading your comments, It appears that there were several areas here that were below our expectations of customer service at our dealership. If the Salesperson offered to assist you in dropping off your old lease, this should have been done in a timely matter. It appears that Arandre remedied the situation once you had a chance to speak with him. It should never had went that far and should have been taken care of in a timely matter. Customer Service is very important to our dealership and there are several areas here where we could have done a much better job in follow up and making sure your situation was handled properly. I have spoken to Bradley, Jason and Arandre about this situation and how this should have been properly handled. I would like to discuss this situation with you to better understand some of what transpired as you were attempting to get this resolved. Please contact me at 443-341-8604.
