WARNING, After visiting there in February of 2020, it does not appear that Ray works here anymore & my last 3 trips to the car dealer, unfortunately I got Jeff Heckman, which has been the complete opposite experience. He does not call you back when he says he will, promises to schedule an appointment and did not ( I have proof of this ) & promised to help take care of a broken part which I came in and they did not. - Ever since the new Service manager change ( Farzad Aleem ) & the new service center employees, this place has suffered in quality. I would not go back. More
I recently purchased a 2020 Mazda Mazda 3 AWD with the premium package. This car is awesome and the soul red metallic paint makes it look sharp. He told me all of the options that were available to me for financing while Tosh Gray got the pleasure of taking me on the test drive. Hope I didn’t scare you too bad, Tosh. Lol. Afterwards, Tosh showed me all of the features on the car and how to operate them. She even paired my phone to my car, added some radio stations to the favorites and set up my service on the monitor. Tim was also helpful with showing me all of the warranties that were available and explaining them to me. This was my first new car purchase and the three of them made it a good experience. Thanks for making this day fun! I look forward to seeing you all when I come in for service. More
Heritage should be embarrassed! Visited last night to test driver a vehicle to no avail, even after waiting 40min for a car. Though I went to additional staff who were busy standing around, sitting back in a chair, and eating Cheetos. The best was when one guy asked me if I had an appointment, as though waiting for 40min was not long enough. They have vehicles they can not locate, ones with no gas, and ones that require a jumper box to start. I asked for assistance on more than one occasion in that time period, and had no choice but to leave. Went to O’Donnell Honda and test drove 2 cars in 30min. Way to go O’Donnell Honda. Mazda you should be EMBARRASSED. Such a beautiful show room, and can’t drive a vehicle! More

However, later changed my mind and cancel Buyer Beware. Purchased a Car Care Maintenance Conntract when I leased a car from the dealership in 2017. However, later changed my mind and canceled the contract. Was told that I’d get the money back prorated at the end of the lease. Now that my lease is ending soon, I reached out to the dealership asking when and how I’ll get the prorated amount back, they said they have no records of the maintenance contract in their system whatsoever, and will look into the issue. Reached out to the Store Manager Doug Lamkin multiple times since I reported the issue on 11/11/2019, he wouldn’t provide a timeline when and how I will get my money back. Called Mazda Customer Experience and reported the issue. They reached out to the dealership on my behalf. They were unable to get any solid responses from the dealership either. Filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Division of Maryland Attorney General’s Office. Hope they’d be able to assist. The dealership’s tardiness and unprofessionalism in handling my case as a current customer is unexpected! More

Polite and motivated team I stopped by (Heritage Mazda Catonsville) to checkout the 19' MX-5. I was greeted by Bradlee who helped me to located the vehicle and show it to me. They didn't have the one on site that I was interested in but Bradlee did try to locate another vehicle with similar color combo so I can get an idea. Later met Joe (Manager) and I had a polite conversation about another vehicle that can be transferred from another dealer. Unfortunately we couldn't make a deal work. Both gentlemen were very professional. Looking forward to be able to work with them again and hopefully be able to make a deal in the future. More

He was so knowledgeable, patient, honest and straight forward. He was totally thorough with his knowledge of the dealership, and it’s volume of new and used vehicles. I came to the dealership with my check in hand, but Heritage offered a 0.9 interest rate, so I accepted their offer instead. For the first time, I even bought the “gap plan”. Thanks to Lisa in finance. I got much more than I expected in a new SUV. I received the best deal I have ever made. This was my 3rd new vehicle purchase. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I definitely recommend Randy at Heritage Mazda! This was truly my lucky day! More
