I bought my 2021 CX9 with Rick. It was the third car I’ve bought with Heritage. Rick was amazing from start to finish. If it wasn’t for him, I probably would not have bought anythin It was the third car I’ve bought with Heritage. Rick was amazing from start to finish. If it wasn’t for him, I probably would not have bought anything. He wasn’t a typical salesman and he cut out the b.s. like i asked him to. I highly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a new or used car. I.m about to take my son in to start looking for his first used car. More

I cannot say enough about the Service department at Heritage Mazda Catonsville. They are friendly, funny (which I appreciate), and they ask for feedback if the customer was not happy - that is NOT an e Heritage Mazda Catonsville. They are friendly, funny (which I appreciate), and they ask for feedback if the customer was not happy - that is NOT an easy thing to do when dealing with the public. As much as my stay at the dealership was a bit longer than expected, it was comfortable. They provide complimentary water, coffee, hot cocoa. A nice sitting area, and again, friendly staff. (I appreciate the quick wash on my vehicle too! Pollen season!) More

Devora was absolutely wonderful. She was very responsive and even sent a video because I wasnt able to easily swing by and see the car. I came with a CapOne preapproval and yet they were able to secure better terms for me. I was very pleased with the process and the interaction with each of the managers. George was helpful as the initial contact and put me in touch with Devora. Even the General Manager Steve reached out to me as well. Ask for Devora when you are in the market~~! More

Devora is a very personable and low pressure salesperson. She had the vehicle waiting, cleaned, and ready to test drive before we arrived at the dealership for our appointment.
