Needless to say I was pretty upset and was convince this was fixed before. I didn’t want to speak to anyone I just wanted to pick up my car and Go!! Before leaving I wanted to speak to the manager because I was absolutely sure this was already fixed. Matt Grubb went above and beyond to explain what was going on with my vehicle and what can be done to resolve my issue and for that I’m grateful. He truly was concerned and was determined to not let me leave unsatisfied! Again thank you Mr Grubb More
La Toya saved the day!! I received an alert that my car had an update needed due to a recall. Working a 9-5 as a contractor, I don't have much time during the day to get thin I received an alert that my car had an update needed due to a recall. Working a 9-5 as a contractor, I don't have much time during the day to get things like this taken care of, and there were no weekend appointments available (through the scheduler I was using) until seemingly forever. However, I called the number of the closest dealership (this one - not the one I bought my car from) as it was closer to where I work. I spoke with La Toya, explained the situation and the difficulties I would have getting this situation resolved. She was very polite and told me if I could bring it by today, ask for her, I could get the work done within an hour and a half to two hours. Obviously, I was ecstatic that I could handle the situation the day of. I convinced my boss to follow me there so he could drive me back after dropping it off, but he insisted this sounded too good to be true and to call again and verify. So I did, and spoke to a different lady, who told me it was impossible to get an appointment the day of, and they didn't have anything until at least seven days away. I explained my conversation with La Toya earlier, and she said that isn't how things work until I asked to speak to La Toya again, who reiterated what she said when we had spoken earlier. So, I arrived at the dealership, walked into the service department and I explained the situation to the first person I encountered who said it couldn't be done today, and if it was, it wouldn't be until 6 or 7 o clock. I then saw La Toya, who was extremely polite and helpful, and she informed me they were going to be able to take care of it in a much shorter time frame, roughly an hour and a half to two hours. She handled the paperwork quickly and told me everything I needed to know in a quick and efficient manner. Due to my boss driving me there, I insisted on buying him lunch to return the favor since he was going to be driving me back here after work. Lo and behold, I received a call from La Toya while at lunch saying my car was all ready to go and was available for pickup - before we even finished our lunch. My boss was able to drive me back to dealership right then and there to avoid having to bring me back at around 5 o clock. The process of getting things done in a quick and easy fashion was very relieving as I was worried about when I would be able to get my car serviced, and La Toya made the process extremely easy and smooth. She was super polite and made the seemingly boring experience of bringing my car to get serviced into a nice and pleasurable experience. La Toya is awesome. More

horrible service department 9/10/2017 Had a scheduled appointment for a warranty replacement, the part finally came in and we scheduled an appointment . When I got there the service advisor I had been assigned knew nothing about it but did find the part reserved for my in the parts department. He said it would take an hour to hour and a half , After an hour and forty five min I went to check on the status of my work. It was at this time he started to double talk and then said well the technician was backed up etc... bottom line they had not even started the repair. If they had been decent enough to tell me earlier that there was a scheduling error or problem I would have gladly just rescheduled. But to keep me waiting in their waiting area for over an hour and a half and not even start that is ridiculous. My wife is looking to buy a new Hyundai guess we will not be looking here!. More
Over charge attempt This guy tried to over charge me roughly $200.00 for a back up camera. Poor communication with him, and even the service manager. They will deal with this. Also my paint was damaged while they fix:replace the back up camera. I will go as high as I need to go to resolve this. Question all part prices and labor charges. I am a service advisor at another dealership. I have resources to check out part pricing and labor time. He knew this too, but still took low road. Can only imagine what they do to folks that doesn't have resources to check out the real cost. Since I posted this the general manager called me, and is willing to sit down and review this. For this communication and willingness to review this visit this dealership gets three stars. I really want to forward 5 stars More

I took the car in for its first oil change and found out that I didn't have Navigation. I was very upset. So I went upstairs to a salesperson. I was introduced to Mr. Ibraham. He got me into the same car but upgraded it and totally explained all the features of the car. He was fantastic! When I trade the car in, in eighteen months, I will surely see Mr. Ibraham to put me into a new car. Thank goodness I MET THIS MAN! More
Great Experience! A Credit to the Dealership. We took our Hyundai to Heritage Hyundai and met Joey Bonomolo in Service. We had a bit of a unique situation too involved to go into but it certainly We took our Hyundai to Heritage Hyundai and met Joey Bonomolo in Service. We had a bit of a unique situation too involved to go into but it certainly was a great deal more than just writing a service ticket. Joey assured us that he would handle it completely and for the week that the vehicle was there we were updated regularly as to the status of it. He promised us good service and that is exactly what we got. We are extremely happy and plan to return as a "regular" to the dealership. The whole environment there at the dealership is relaxed but professional. Certainly unusual these days. A very nice experience for sure. More
