A super fantastic job I pulled in today about a half hour early for my appointment and Service Rep. LaToya Fowlkes greeted me right away with a friendly smile. She took my information and my vehicle was put into service immediately. Less than a half hour later I was made aware of the problems with my vehicle and give several options. The lobby waiting room is comfortable with TV, free water and coffee to keep you satisfied should you decide to wait on your vehicle while it is being serviced. Everyone seemed very friend and greeted as they passed by. A very professional attitude and atmosphere. I was very pleased with the service provided to me. I want to thank everyone involved with the servicing of my vehicle. And I think from here on out LaToya Fowlkes will be my go to Service Representative, she is that good!!! Rolling Rolling Rolling I purchased 4 tires in April of 2017, I brought my car back to Heritage Hyundai Towson to fix my one tire and replace the other two tires. The service rep and her co heart tried for two weeks to resolve and communicate with the tire company. It has taken two weeks too long. Out of frustration, I reached out to the Service Manager Matt. With his help, he was able to resolve my issue. My advice, if Nothing is resolved in a couple of days, call your Service Manager Matt, Matt listened and took the wheel! More

A few weeks ago her AC stopped blowing cold air and she was given contradictory advice by 2 dealerships. I asked to bring it with her on a trip home and Matt Grubb, the service manager at Heritage, , was able to have it looked at, provided us with the correct advice and did everything possible to get the repair done in one day. He communicated with us continuously and provided extraordinary service. I strongly recommend this dealer. More
