Very poor and dishonest service This service department was very dishonest. I called to ask if a particular problem would be covered under the 10 year extended warranty. They told me This service department was very dishonest. I called to ask if a particular problem would be covered under the 10 year extended warranty. They told me I had to schedule an appointment which I did. Upon arriving I was told I would be charged $95 to look at the car. Three hours later and less $95 I was told the problem was not covered by the extended warranty. I bought the car at this dealership, had to replace the power steering unit at 9,000 miles, had to replace the transmission at 22,000 miles and replace the power steering unit again at about 45,000. I have never issues with any of these parts on all the vehicles I have driven. I will never purchase another Hyundai and will never use Heritage Hyundai again. I would not recommend this dealership and do not stand by their product. More

Replacement of backup camera and oil change Although the Parts department hadn't called me to let me know the replacement part was in more 2 months after I first brought the car in to look at it Although the Parts department hadn't called me to let me know the replacement part was in more 2 months after I first brought the car in to look at it; Service was very helpful by locating the part and setting me up with an appointment 2 days after my call. When I arrived, Deanna recieved me immediately and did everything she could to allow for a quick turnaround due to the unavailability of a loaner vehicle. She was able to get the oil change, camera installed and the update to the proximity warning system installed in less time than the estimate. I appreciate the help with other questions I had for Deanna during the visit. More
Horrible Customer Service in Service Department I purchased a new car from this dealer in 2018. Not even 6 months into having the vehicle, I had an issue where my car would not start and needed to b I purchased a new car from this dealer in 2018. Not even 6 months into having the vehicle, I had an issue where my car would not start and needed to be towed. My car was towed on a Thursday and I received a call from the service department the next day. The woman I spoke with relayed the information from the tech who examined my car. When I asked her what the diagnosis meant she stated “I don’t know” and that they were going to keep my car a little longer. She also stated that the tech would give me a call later, which never occurred. My car sat at the dealer from Thursday until Monday and the only status I received of my car’s condition was “I don’t know”. I gave the service department a call on the following Monday and the same woman who I spoke with the previous week had the same nonchalant attitude and was unable to give me any concrete answers. She stated that the issue was a “mystery”, but that everything looked fine. I gave a 2 star rating instead of 1 because the sales department was decent when I purchased my car earlier in the year. However, the customer service or lack thereof that I received from the service department following my purchase was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. More
