The communication from this service department is the worse I have ever experienced in my life. Service advisor Tony will not return a call no matter how many times I call or text for an update. Complain worse I have ever experienced in my life. Service advisor Tony will not return a call no matter how many times I call or text for an update. Complaints to Mike have gone unresolved. I will never come to this dealership again. I am working my way up the chain to ensure that all parties have been addressed. Worst customer service ever. More

If there was 0, that would be my rating. I had an issue with a recall repair and was frustrated with the total lack of communication from their service team. They messed up a setting on my car and cannot with a recall repair and was frustrated with the total lack of communication from their service team. They had the car a long period and I went to check on the status and told them my rep I needed to leave for a meeting (which I ended up being late to because the rep disappeared and I had to get someone else to find me rep). The rep just told me my car was ready and never said the issue still was not repaired. I was explaining my frustrations to the service team member who I had previously explained my timing to, and he just disappeared and never told me my car was not repaired. Mike verbally attacked me. Now, I did raise my voice to my rep "My car is not fixed!" But Mike immediately began yelling and threatened to throw me out. He didn't ask me the issue or the problem. He didn't apologize that they don't know what to do. He was aggressive and got within inches of my face. That is awful customer service and Hyundai is getting a letter from me. More

Sexist service department!!! Despite having made the service appointment, arranging for the tow of Equus, being responsible for bill payment, and leaving at least 3 messages over 2 days (advising of eme service appointment, arranging for the tow of Equus, being responsible for bill payment, and leaving at least 3 messages over 2 days (advising of emergency with husband's hospitalization), the service adviser, Jordan, didn't return my call, but called my husband, who is in hospital and dying. I was also advised by a Service Manager, Mike Ruth, that the dealership will not work on the car because I claimed it was sexist. The staff is very friendly and explained everything. Wait time was minimal. Called for an appointment and got one right away. Worth the drive from Dundalk to Towson.
