Always get excellent service at Heritage Hyundai Towson I have been going to the Heritage Hyundai Towson dealership to have routine service performed on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra ever since I moved to Baltimo I have been going to the Heritage Hyundai Towson dealership to have routine service performed on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra ever since I moved to Baltimore 3 years ago. The staff is friendly, helpful, and I never feel like I am pressured to purchase unnecessary services. Since I live a half-hour away, I almost always wait on my car to be serviced rather than dropping it off. The waiting room is clean, provides coffee, and has wifi access so that I can work on my laptop while I wait (which means I never really have to "skip" work to have my car serviced). More

People here don't know what to do On 6/152015 I request to replace the driver rear door switch for my Hyundai Elantra 2010, they didn't have the part to be replaced, then they needed t On 6/152015 I request to replace the driver rear door switch for my Hyundai Elantra 2010, they didn't have the part to be replaced, then they needed to order it....I waited (1 month) and went there, they said It was back-order and need to wait ... (1 month later) I contacted Hyundai customer service, they said the part was never ordered. I contacted again Heritage , they said they were going to order (?!). In December they contacted me , saying that the part will be there on December something. I got an appointment on Saturday, When I went there they said I didn't have an appointment and the part was not in there. I contacted again later to have another appointment and they confirm that the part to replace was in there. When I went there they replaced the part and I left, after that I checked how it was working and it didn't!!! they never checked the work!!!!!!! they replaced the wrong part. I need to go back to replace the right part More
TOOK THE CAR FOR A REGULAR OIL CHANGE I had a gret experience when i was buying car couple a months ago. Stan Gabrovski did the great job. But I am very disappointed with the service when i took my car for oil change last week. I had to bring car back after three days cause i find out that they OVERFILL oil level in my car when they was changing oil. They overfill for whole quart above Full line!!!!???? THey did not even apologize, not even tried to rush to fix at, i have to wait for about the hour to be done. I hope that this iresponsible work done on mycar does not damage my engine. I am not sure how they can allowed they workers to make this kind of mistake. This is basic in car maintaince. Very disapointed. Again Stan Gabrovski sold me a car, and I Had great experience and He still keep in touch and when i come to service he comes out and say hi and talk to me. Great employee and good guy. BUT THEY SERVICE OPERATION NEED RECALIBRATION. I am losing time of the work to fix this problem. Maybe they should make Stan probably Manager of Service, cause he is example of great customer service. Hope next time my experence will be better. More

unhappyisnottheword I purchased a car less than a year ago and have had to have several things replaced on it already. To top it all off, I was having trouble with a lou I purchased a car less than a year ago and have had to have several things replaced on it already. To top it all off, I was having trouble with a loud noise coming from the rear of my car on Saturday in the snow that sounded like someone was taking a sledge hammer to it. I called Heritage service department and had my car towed to them on Monday. I told them that the noise is not made when the ground is dry but it happens in the snow. I was told later that day that the problem was probably due to having bald tires because they didn't find anything else wrong with it. I picked my car up, went and had the tires replaced and took it back through the snow only to have the same problem. I took my car to another hyundai dealership today and they told me that they have to replace the exact part that Heritage told me they found no issues with!!! I will not be taking my business back to Heritage. I had very good experience with the sales department when I purchased the car, but unfortunately I can not say the same for the service department. I just wonder how much more damage could have been done had I not gone to another dealership to have my car checked out. Safety is a big issue for me when it comes to my vehicle and I feel like I have been let down. More
Service Department Scam Artists I took my new used 2014 Hyundai Accent in to them because my mechanic said the problem he saw should be under warranty and to take it to a dealer. My "advisor", Wilbur Maurath, came back and said that the original problem was not a problem, but, (and this is directly off of my invoice), "SIDE DOOR AIRBAG SENSOR MISSING....EVIDENCE OF BODY WORK ON DOOR/SENSOR NOT INSTALLED NOR IS WIRING HARNESS CORRECT FOR SENSOR HOOK UP". Mr. Maurath told me that this may mean none of my airbags would work, as the sensors were all connected, and I should do this right away, very important, blah blah blah...$660 please!" So I went back to the dealer I had recently bought the car from and asked them about it, and when they opened up my car to install new parts there, the mechanic brought me outside to have a look and showed me that not only were the sensor and harness still there, but they were the original parts, perfectly intact and working just fine! Heritage hyundai were rude and unresponsive when I confronted them with the fact that I saw their lie with my own eyes, and that they had just tried to scam me out of almost $700 for absolutely nothing!!! I advise anyone going there to at the very least get a 2nd opinion on ANY work they tell you needs to be done, but ideally STAY AWAY from this dealership, they are thieves! More
I purchased my 2011 Hyundai Sonata from this dealership at the end of May and in these three months I have had to have it towed twice and brought back numerous times to have problems fixed. One of which they kept my car for around 4 or 5 days (they broke a bolt in my car and had to replace it) and didn't have any loaner cars for me to borrow. Every time I have brought it in to be serviced actually, they have not had a loaner car. They also do not call to let you know when your car is finished. I called several times during the day and the receptionist I spoke with told me they would call to inform me when my car was finished, but they never did. I purchased my car because I needed a reliable car and I definitely would have been better off not buying a Hyundai. It is a 2011 and my 1998 Civic is more reliable than this car. I absolutely love who sold me the car and have nothing negative to say about him, but unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about Hyundai. I do not recommend anyone going to Heritage Hyundai. More
