Horrible Customer Services , Him and His team both lied about how much the repairs would be for my car and also lied to my lien holder as well. My car was dropped off December 27th and between then up unti about how much the repairs would be for my car and also lied to my lien holder as well. My car was dropped off December 27th and between then up until now i have only spoke to 3 people once. Communication is horrible and now these people are attempting to auction off my car after telling me 15,000 and telling my Loan company 3,000. Trust me these people are a complete scam. PS... i have them all on recording telling me different things. Do not Waste your time here trust me. More
I would not go here at all, Purchased the vehicle 1 1/2 years ago and brought it in for a check engine light. They proceeded to tell me I needed a new battery and a new engine, when I asked them to explain years ago and brought it in for a check engine light. They proceeded to tell me I needed a new battery and a new engine, when I asked them to explain they tried to tell me the engine was full of sludge and they may be able to save it. I tried calling several times, and they would take days to return calls. Finally, I picked the vehicle up and brought it to another mechanic, it was a stretched timing belt, there was no oil issue, and the battery was testing fine. Instead of a 20,000 bill, I paid 1000.00 to a knowledgeable mechanic and everything is fine. I wouldn't let them work on my kids legos. This is a daily driver and was out of warranty by 12,000 miles. I was hoping if I needed to replace the engine and battery they may help me get into another car since it was only 1 1/2 years old. Service asked sales to call me, no call...I contacted the store manager and he acted like I was stupid for even asking and why would he do anything. More
I needed o confirm that my tow hitch was factory installed or aftermarket. Because I live in Midlothian, Virginia the dealer there (Pearson Hyundai) told me it was an aftermarket tow hitch. I called to confirm it was factory installed. I received a call from your dealership within 30 minutes of my email and it was confirmed it was factory. Your dealership volunteered to contact Pearson but it wasn't necessary. Thanks for your help. More
I am so frustrated right now! !!! I just purchased a 2023 Hyundai Tuscon on Aug 28th from this dealership. Mind you this is my 3rd time getting a car from them, the past 2 experien !!! I just purchased a 2023 Hyundai Tuscon on Aug 28th from this dealership. Mind you this is my 3rd time getting a car from them, the past 2 experiences was fine but this last one is now changing my opinion of them. When i test drove my car the right back passenger tire was low and Mr. Coco told me it was because of the temperature change outside and not to worry they will take care of it. I specifically said you may want to take the tire off to make sure nothing was in it because it could be a slow leak or something and plus they have construction going on at there establishment so something could have possibly got in the tire. When i took the car home on Aug 28th the tire light was out so i assumed they checked the tire and everything was fine. Here i am 3 weeks into having this car and that same tire was getting low again!! I called Mr. Coco yesterday and told him about it and he said he would call me right back about it, when he called back he was asking me about my floor mats because there was none in the car when i purchased it either and i told him i already got a call about the floor mats and i was coming to pick them up today, he said ok let me talk to my manager about the tire and i will call you right back again that was at 3:21 pm. I never got a call back so around 6pm i went up there. Mr. Coco wasn't at his desk so i spoke with Jason. I told him about the whole situation, he came outside to see the car and said he would have the service manager give me a call first thing in the morning. At 7:04 pm Matt, another supervisor called me to ask what was going on and i explained it to him as well and he begins to tell me i had the car for 3 weeks so if it was something wrong with the tire it would have been went flat!!! Sir, that is not true because some tires can have a slow leak!!! Then he says this is not covered under warranty I KNOW WHAT IS AND WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY at that point i cut him off because i could clearly tell he wasn't trying to resolve the issue. Im no dummy and its NOT a coincidence that the SAME TIRE that was low when i test drove the car is the SAME TIRE that went low again!!! He also stated we certify all our cars before they are sold. This car was md inspected back in July and it was used as a service vehicle previously so anything could have happened to the tire since then!! I didn't appreciate how he was talking to me at all. If i did something to the tire i would not have called them i would get it fixed but i haven't and its the same tire that already had an issue!!! So finally, he says i cant pay for a new tire but i will cover some of it and the mounting and balancing and ask if i can just drop the car off and leave it there until someone can look at it and determine if it was already an issue before i brought it or if its my issue!!! What!!! I have kids to take and pick up from school i dont have time to just leave the car there until someone gets to it!!!! Its one tire and if yall knew it was low when i test drove it and its back low again why not just fix it or put another one on there!!! This is ridiculous that i have to now try to purchase a tire for a car i had for 3 weeks when i haven't done anything to it!!!! It is now 10:13 am and i still have yet to receive a call!! Never Again More

My husband car was towed here in mid December due to a flashing engine light, which indicates significant engine trouble. We did not receive any updates unless we called repeatedly. The only person that ever got back to us was our service advisor. We reached out to Chris on several occasions and heard nothing. My husband had his car from Feb 3rd to Feb 7th and the check engine light is on again for a 3rd time. Again we left multiple voicemails for Chris and have heard nothing back. At this point you would think when a car has been in 3 times for the same issue the service manager would reach out to the customer. I should also note that on 2 of these occasions our infant son was in the car. This situation has been extremely stressful and infuriating and the lack of communication makes a horrible situation even worse. More
