During my search for a new lease, Heritage Hyundai was the only dealership I came across without a market adjustment. My car salesman Stan Gabrovski was phenomenal from the initial phone call when I inquired about the Elantras they have on the lot to the closing of the deal. He was very knowledgeable on the car itself and each of the trims that’s offered. He even went the extra mile to make me comfortable with all the features that the car has before I drove away from the lot. This was the first time a car salesman briefly walked me through the manual as well as allowing me to play with all these features so that I didn’t have to learn the features on my own time. I definitely recommend giving Stan and Heritage Hyundai your business! More

I wish there was a way to leave a "maybe" instead of a "yes" or "no" on recommending the dealership. If you work with Stan to purchase, he is exceptional and I would highly recommend him. We purchased on the last day of the month and we were one of three buyers Stan was taking care of at the same time. We did not mind the wait and Stan kept in contact throughout the process so we never felt ignored or unimportant. If you purchase on that day, you have to expect a wait. Unfortunately, our great experience with Stan was soured by working with two finance people. We had a negative experience with George Varga and a terrible one with Corben McClary. George Varga was our first finance guy and walked through all the extra warranties and add-ons completely three times. We said no each time and repeatedly stated we were not interested and wanted to wrap this up and get home. He questioned our decision each time, challenged what we said, and was very pushy. After the third time through, he said, “I hear you” and then brought in Corben McClary--supposedly to look over the paperwork since it was an out of state purchase. Corben proceeded to give an even more intense, aggressive sales pitch on the exact same items. We had been saying since walking in that we just wanted to purchase the car, no extras, and just get out. It was late on a Friday night, and we had an hour plus drive home. We said no a total of five times between the two men...the sixth time my husband stood up because he was ready to walk out without buying the car. NO means NO. I will say that when the level of agitation on our part finally sunk in, Corben scurried away and George apologized and finally worked to get us out of there. If I could give George Varga a two and Corben McClary a zero, I would. Never have I experienced such appalling disregard for customers. We were belittled, treated aggressively, and treated to some Class A snarkiness all because we said “no”. I would give a "yes" to work with Stan and a "maybe" to work with this dealership, but George Varga and Corben McClary lost this dealership the five-star review and very nearly a sale and I would not recommend anyone work with them. We expected a call from Management but received only the link to review. More
