We started very rocky - we made it clear that we needed a car that was on the lot. We were assured that it was, we even received 3 calls that morning to welcome us ahead of time. We arrived onsite only to f car that was on the lot. We were assured that it was, we even received 3 calls that morning to welcome us ahead of time. We arrived onsite only to find out that there was an error in the system, and the car had not arrived. We continued searching elsewhere, but the team continued to try and support by keeping us informed of status. The car arrived a couple of days later, and though the original rep was not in that day, another rep was plugged in to help us get through the process. The finance and upsell rep did a great job at presenting our options and disussing benefits, biut without the obnoxiousness we have experienced elsewhere. More

My husband and I purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe last week and had a great experience. Jack was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest and didn't rush us throughout the process (we had multiple vis last week and had a great experience. Jack was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest and didn't rush us throughout the process (we had multiple visits and phone calls as we were thinking through our options).
