Had a great experience with the dealership. Jackie Coco Jr and Damon Clark . Both were informative, answered my questions and most importantly weren't dismissive like other dealerships because Jackie Coco Jr and Damon Clark . Both were informative, answered my questions and most importantly weren't dismissive like other dealerships because I am a woman. Jackie went through all the electronics on my new car with me and even set up the navigation for me to get home. My dealer of choice from now on. Great job guys. More
A mixed experience, but overall very positive. Dealer is in a tight spot, but conveniently located. It is a bit tricky to park on site. Our original Ioniq 5 SE RWD didnt make it 5 miles on the way home before the heater blew. The repair would have us without a brand new car for up to 1 month. Our new car was out of commission less than 12 hours after buying it. Thankfully, Heritage has a 3-day assurance guarantee. Now, I think.they should've been the ones to bring this up, but I did. Originally they were going to require us to make up the total difference since the available SE was AWD, a more expensive option. (I honestly thought it should've been a straight swap under the curcumstances) But after I informed them that this was no more than any customer would get, they met us halfway by taking more off the upgrade and adding to our trade in. So I give them kudos for doing that. Without that, my star rating would have been 3, tops. Things like this will have us comimg back. The sales staff was no pressure, and while EVs are fetching dealer markups, we paid under msrp at Heritage. Jackie JR, our sales rep, went the extra mile to drive home with us after the upgrade to fetch our trade in (left at home cos I had the loaner); this was a very nice touch. I also appreciate they didn't charge me for the gas on the loaner, which I turned in after several trips back and forth after ageeing to the AWD swap. So despite the initial hiccups, I give them 5 stars. More
I recently bought a car from the team at Towson Hyundai, and while the team there was great, my sales rep, Stan, was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve bought a good amount of cars from many companies/dealers, and while the team there was great, my sales rep, Stan, was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve bought a good amount of cars from many companies/dealers, but no dealer ever made me feel as comfortable as Stan did. From beginning to end it felt like he was on my side, helping me get my new dream car, and at the end of the day I drove away in exactly that. Absolutely recommend this Hyundai dealership, and if you find yourself there, ask for Stan! More

We visited Heritage after locating a certified pre-owned Hyundai Elantra online and reaching out to the dealership. We made an appointment to come in - driving nearly an hour an a half away - a couple of Hyundai Elantra online and reaching out to the dealership. We made an appointment to come in - driving nearly an hour an a half away - a couple of days later. We met with our sales representative - Fergus, test drove the vehicle, and sat down to complete the sale. We agreed upon a price, and relayed that we had been pre-approved with our bank for financing. This is where the issue began. After relaying numerous times that we wanted to purchase the vehicle, but wanted to use our financing, as well as place an additional down payment on the vehicle, we were told by Fergus that it was dealership policy that they could not "hold" a vehicle. We repeatedly explained that we were not asking for them to hold the vehicle - we were completing a contract and putting money down. We also explained that our credit union would either wire the money, or we could bring back the check the next day and we would take possession of the vehicle at that time. Fergus insisted that this was "holding" the vehicle, and he could not "put the keys in his pocket" until the next day. The only way for us to "purchase" the vehicle was to use dealership financing. We were taken back, as we have used outside financing on nearly all of our vehicles and never had an issue like this - where we have almost been bullied into using dealership financing. We ended up leaving the Heritage Hyundai with no vehicle and completely disappointed about the entire situation. This was by far the worst car buying customer service experience ever. More
This revies is not about you , its about someone who is working with you. My experience with Heritage Hyundai in Towson on 12/23/22 , is a mix of good and terrible, first off all Randall (sale associate) working with you. My experience with Heritage Hyundai in Towson on 12/23/22 , is a mix of good and terrible, first off all Randall (sale associate) and the finance lady was very respectful and attentive, both of them know how to treat customers. Unfortunately, my great experience with Randall and finance lady was soured by dealing with Mr. general sale manager ( Walt McDonald), let me explain, I went to this dealer to get new car and trade my old one, the sale associate asked me about pay off of my auto loan, I was suspicious why he asked about pay off before appraise my trade but I understood later on, first I told the guy who appraise my trade in that I have a set of 4 new tires and my car is very clean in side, outside and run very good with no trouble, then he sked me if I replace the brake ,I know I have to replace the brake pads upon recommendation from auto tech. (I changed engine oil of my car on 12/17/22 in local Hyundai dealer service department and it was no recommendation to change the brake pads ) unless it is one way or other to cut the trade in price, so the sale person told me the appraise value, I started negotiate the price with Randall , I asked him for more discount as the trade in price was not fair, he left me and someone came over to negotiate ( the same guy who appraised the trade-in), I found later on that he is general sale manager (Walt McDonald), I ‘m wondering how this guy was rude and aggressive, I said to him I drove to your location two hours, the trade value is unfair and my car worth more than his appraisal, he replies " you drove two hours to me because I offer discount", of course I drove to you because you offered discount and you want to take it back from trade in vale, Mr. (Walt) you don know how to communicate with customers in respectful and smart way, for example you can reply ” I can not offer any more discount” or “I gave you the maximum discount”, it may because you are rude all time, that is why your words are rude like you, also when my sun said to him the trade in price is unfair he replied "go and sell it to someone else", I respond I wish I can do it but there is a lien on the car, what is bad attitude you have Mr. (W), I bought Honda CRV from Heritage Honda in Fall stone two month ago, but those people in Heritage Honda Fall stone are completely different, huge difference like seven heaven and you are underground, I hope he go and learn from them how is customer service should be, he should learn how to be smart and select the words when communicate with the customers, I felt that because he give me some discount , this give you the right be bad and offend the customers, no Mr. (W), my respect worth too much and is not weighted by money, in my job I deal with customers and as I know there is a golden rule in business says "Customer is the king" but this (W) has no clue about this rule. Really I feel bad for the personal who are working with him how is he treat them, but this Mr. (W) miss any human sense ????????. Mikhaiel Mikhaiel To More
