Equally outstanding service from the finance manager (Tiffany Inoma). She's in a tough spot as she's on the hook to present all the dealer packages (diamond ceramic coating, wheel warranty, pre-paid maintenance, etc...). We explained that none offered any value to us and while she attempted to explain some of the benefits, there was no "hard sell". She went on to find the lowest available finance rates and wrapped things up in a timely fashion. Overall, I would highly recommend the dealership. A solid customer service business model and a refreshing experience given prior encounters with lesser dealers. More
