Stan introduced himself to me in a unique and creative way. I was looking for a specific model, Sonata Hybrid, that was pretty scarce. He answered all of my questions and there was never any pressure to make a sale. Also, I secured a car loan from my personal financial institution and I was not able to secure the check to purchase the vehicle over the weekend when I scheduled my visit. Stan went out of his way to hold the vehicle, against the dealer's normal process, to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted. Beyond Stan, the rest of the staff was great, too. Heritage is an easy place to car shop. Not at one point was I being "sold." Even with the add-ons, they simply explained it and even, beyond belief, recommended a cheaper plan! I just felt like I could trust these guys to not waste or overspend. I give Stan and crew 5 stars all the way around and plan to return for my next purchase. More
