Excellent communication through emails, phone, and at the dealership. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My husband car was towed here in mid December due to a flashing engine light, which indicates significant engine trouble. They replaced the knock sensory and then 2 weeks later the same thing happened so flashing engine light, which indicates significant engine trouble. They replaced the knock sensory and then 2 weeks later the same thing happened so the car needed to be towed again. The car was in service from Dec 23-Feb 3. We did not receive any updates unless we called repeatedly. The only person that ever got back to us was our service advisor. We reached out to Chris on several occasions and heard nothing. My husband had his car from Feb 3rd to Feb 7th and the check engine light is on again for a 3rd time. Again we left multiple voicemails for Chris and have heard nothing back. At this point you would think when a car has been in 3 times for the same issue the service manager would reach out to the customer. I should also note that on 2 of these occasions our infant son was in the car. This situation has been extremely stressful and infuriating and the lack of communication makes a horrible situation even worse. More
