A special shout out to Jason (Sales Manager), Ali (Sales Consultant), and Tiffany (Finance)! I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Palisade (Moonlight Cloud with Beige Interior) and really could not be more satisfi Consultant), and Tiffany (Finance)! I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Palisade (Moonlight Cloud with Beige Interior) and really could not be more satisfied with my decision. I live in NJ and drove 4 hours (with other hassles during the day) to get the car of my choice. Jason made sure the car was committed to me while I was in transit to the dealership. By the time I made it to the dealership, it was almost closing time; however, they all waited patiently and made sure the whole process was smooth and did not rush on anything (not to practice, but it is worth mentioning in the review). The quality of the customer service at Heritage Hyundai Towson is truly unmatched. Everyone was extremely helpful during my car-buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Hyundai vehicle. More

My husband car was towed here in mid December due to a flashing engine light, which indicates significant engine trouble. They replaced the knock sensory and then 2 weeks later the same thing happened so flashing engine light, which indicates significant engine trouble. They replaced the knock sensory and then 2 weeks later the same thing happened so the car needed to be towed again. The car was in service from Dec 23-Feb 3. We did not receive any updates unless we called repeatedly. The only person that ever got back to us was our service advisor. We reached out to Chris on several occasions and heard nothing. My husband had his car from Feb 3rd to Feb 7th and the check engine light is on again for a 3rd time. Again we left multiple voicemails for Chris and have heard nothing back. At this point you would think when a car has been in 3 times for the same issue the service manager would reach out to the customer. I should also note that on 2 of these occasions our infant son was in the car. This situation has been extremely stressful and infuriating and the lack of communication makes a horrible situation even worse. More
