Paying $15,493 for a used 2009 Hyundai Elantra with no floor mats, XM radio and needed 2 front tires and a front end alignment. I believe the dealership could have helped me out with this. I bought the car, signed the papers, felt good about the whole process and drove home. Then they called me and said the car was really a thousand less than I had paid. It's a fine little car and with Hyundai's warranty it is guaranteed to stay a fine car for quite a while. More

Tom Hamme/Salesman was wonderful. He made the experience of buying a car painless and seamless. I bought the new 2011 Huyndai Sonota limited. This car is really nice- loaded with everything from navigation to heated leather seats, sun roof, sat radio. for a lot less than the Lexus, Infinity etc. T is really nice- loaded with everything from navigation to heated leather seats, sun roof, sat radio. for a lot less than the Lexus, Infinity etc. The dealer has been great! Gave me a loaner car to have some extras like lojack and special paint coating put on my new car. If I have any trouble figuring anything out in the car Tom has been great about showing me or telling me over the phone. I always hear horror stories of buying cars and I didnt get the high pressure, in your face sales pitches here. Everything was great. More
My car's Head Gasket literally BLEW UP in my face! I was around the corner from them, so I drove my smoking car into their lot. After the repair guy told me I'd need a new engine, I asked him if he thinks a around the corner from them, so I drove my smoking car into their lot. After the repair guy told me I'd need a new engine, I asked him if he thinks anyone inside might be able to see if I'd qualify for a new car loan. It just so happens that the car salesman who he brought out was the same man I talked with several years ago, Tom Miller. He took one look at me, and after we both laughed, he said, "I told you to get rid of that car 3 years ago." After we both laughed again, we both went inside and sat down. This happened on Tuesday. I was driving out of the used lot with a 2007 Toyota Corolla on Thursday. I LOVE IT!!! It was originally a rental, but it still had that new car smell (yum!) And I love the fact that I don't have to worry about if I'm gonna get stranded again. Thanks, Heritage Hyundai! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and I will recommend you to anyone who asks. Trading in 2 Lexus cars for a Hyundai I did not expect the level of treatment from a Hyundai dealer and I got Lexus type treatment. I love the car (2011 Sonata Limited), the salesperson (Pat) took lots of the level of treatment from a Hyundai dealer and I got Lexus type treatment. I love the car (2011 Sonata Limited), the salesperson (Pat) took lots of time with me and I highly recommend. Pat spent hours with me on test drives, the financing department did everything to get me the best rate, there was no pressure and the car is phenonmenal. It has features the Lexus did not have (a navigation and phone system that can actually be used when the car is in motion), imports all your speed dials into the car's internal phone book, has plenty of power from its 2.4 L 4 cylinder engine (198!), silky smooth transmission (6 speeds), smooth and supple yet firm ride, great handling around corners, etc. It drives like the small lexus (IS250) and like I said before has features the Lexus did not have (2008 RX350 with Navigation). I highly recommend this dealer and the people who helped me and would buy a car from them in a heartbeat. Thanks Pat, Jason and Dennis! I will be sending you as much business as possible.
