Prior to stopping in at Mile One Hyundai in Towson I visited Nationwide KIA in Timonium to buy a KIA Sportage. After having a terrible experience at the KIA dealership I decided to drive a few miles to visited Nationwide KIA in Timonium to buy a KIA Sportage. After having a terrible experience at the KIA dealership I decided to drive a few miles to take a look at a Hyundai Tucson. I was greeted at the dealership by Floyd Pryor who was very courteous and friendly, the complete opposite of the salesman at the KIA dealership who could not answer one question that I asked about the Sportage. Floyd escorted my wife and myself out to the car lot to look at a Tucson and take a test drive. Floyd was very knowledgeable and very willing to make a deal on a new car. The car I test drove was a Tucson Limited which the price was too high for my budget. Floyd and Jason his sales manager took the time to try and make the deal work and unfortunately it was still out of my target budget. I then agreed to get a price on a lower trim level which worked out much better. The only other Tucson in stock was white, not my favorite color. Jason got on the phone and called several other Hyundai dealerships until he found a car that matched my choice of trim and color. I was very impressed with the way I was treated by both Floyd and Jason and the extra effort that they both took to make me a happy customer. Jason located a blue Tucson GLS that I agreed to buy. Jason also worked very hard to get me great financing that hit the exact car payment in my budget. I was so happy that I found a good honest dealership that I plan on coming back to get another car in March when my wife's lease on her Camry ends. More
I visited this dealership on a Saturday and found a used car I liked. I took it for a test drive and was impressed with the vehicle, so I worked with Matt Long to determine if the payments would fit my budg car I liked. After thinking about it and doing some comparison shopping and research online, I couldn't find a better deal on the vehicle I was searching for. I called back on the following Monday and spoke with Matt Long again. I negotiated on the price, which was only mildly successful, but realized the vehicle was already priced well below retail value. I asked Matt to hold it for me until the weekend, when I could get a ride with a friend to the dealership. He immediately asked if he could pick me up at my home and drive me to the dealership, which was approximately an hour away, so we settled on Tuesday evening. Matt was right on time picking me up. On our drive to the dealership, I learned that it was Matt's day off. I was impressed my this, as he was telling me how his job was taking him away from his children more than he liked, yet he seemed more than happy to be assisting me with my purchase. Once at the dealership, Matt promptly took care of the required paperwork, and while interfacing with the finance manager, Matt made sure my new vehicle was freshly washed & thoroughly cleaned. My overall experience was very positive and I would certainly recommend Matt and this dealership to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle. More

We went to Heritage Hyundai with the intention of shopping other places before making a decision. Then we met Doug Winebrener and the rest is history. He took care of all of the details required in making the transition from our old car to the new one which made it extremely convenient for us. Doug and even the dealership owner did everything possible to find us the model and color we wanted. I would recommend this dealership and Doug Winebrener to anyone who is interested in purchasing or leasing a Hyundai. Doug is awesome! He is a great asset to Heritage Hyundai. More
This dealer was AWESOME. The day before I went in I had sent an e mail regarding a trade-in. Less than 10 minutes went by and MATT LONG called asking to set up and appointment the very next day. I got ther sent an e mail regarding a trade-in. Less than 10 minutes went by and MATT LONG called asking to set up and appointment the very next day. I got there and he was outside waiting for me. We discussed my car options, what I could/could not afford, test drove it, and that night I rolled out in my brand new 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS PZEV. Matt was patient, answered all my questions and most importantly, sold me a car. JUSTIN, the finance man, was patient, explained all my warranty options and the paperwork process was easy and smooth. I had bought an "as is" car a month before coming to see Doug and it was a very stressful dealing with the car. The first day that I got it the alternator belt broke and did so once a week, until I decided Doug and it was a very stressful dealing with the car. The first day that I got it the alternator belt broke and did so once a week, until I decided that I had enough. This problem couldnt be fixed no matter what I did. So I came in to see Doug with my car, praying that it would make it from our house to Towson. After telling him how much I was comfortable spending he showed us around the lot. My boyfriend really loved the Hyundai Accent. Doug told us how it would be certified and that it had great gas mileage. Needless to sa we took it for a drive and loved it. This was on a Saturday, after the banks had closed. So our loan couldnt be approved until Monday. I was assured that they would be working on it first thing in the morning. I was very worried to drive my clunker car, home and then back up on Monday. So Doug drove out of his way, to take us home just so we would be safe. Monday I had work, and recived a call from my boy friend saying banks were closed. Doug soon let me know that they were working on it with the bank and that dealerships had access. He called me while I was still at work, and said that he had a surprise for me and he wanted to wait until we could make it up to see what it was. I wanted to know if I was getting the Accent and he said your getting an Accent. As soon as I got off work we headed up. When we met with Doug he said he would be right back and pulled up my car. Since we were sitting close to the window we saw what it was. It wasn't the car I had picked. In fact it was a brand new Accent instead with only 7 miles. I was very happy. I will definatly come back in the future, and now my father may be getting a car as well some time in the future. He will be seeing Doug and will be just as happy with the outcome as I was. I CALLED HERITAGE HYUNDAI REGARDING A 2010 CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED SONATA. I LIVE ON THE EASTERN SHORE AND I WAS DEBATING WHETHER OR NOT TO MAKE THE CALL IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE OF HOW FAR AWAY THEY WERE PRE-OWNED SONATA. I LIVE ON THE EASTERN SHORE AND I WAS DEBATING WHETHER OR NOT TO MAKE THE CALL IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE OF HOW FAR AWAY THEY WERE. THE DEALERSHIPS HERE ON THE SHORE EITHER WEREN'T WILLING TO MAKE THE "DEAL" OR THEIR PRICES WERE SKY-HIGH. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT I'M GLAD I MADE THE CALL TO HERITAGE. I SPOKE TO PAT BROADY AND THINGS STARTED HAPPENING...QUICKLY! WHAT I FOUND EXTREMELY SURPRISING IS THAT THE "DEAL" WAS MADE OVER THE PHONE AND THEY MARKED THE VEHICLE AS "SOLD" PRIOR TO ME GETTING THERE TO SIGN THE PAPERS (TALK ABOUT THE HONOR SYSTEM!). ANOTHER SURPRISE IS WHEN I GOT THERE DAYS LATER TO MAKE EVERYTHING OFFICIAL, THE RECEPTIONIST KNEW WHO I WAS WITHOUT ME TELLING HER! SHE SAID THAT PAT WAS CHECKING ON MY CAR AND THAT SHE WOULD BE BACK SHORTLY. DID I FEEL IMPORTANT OR WHAT! PAT AND THE SALES STAFF WERE GREAT! THE PAPERS WERE SIGNED QUICKLY, THE VEHICLE WAS CLEAN AND I LEFT HAPPY WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS! ONE NOTE TO ADD: I ENDED UP GETTING A BETTER INTEREST RATE TOO AS AN ADDED BONUS! WHILE THE DEALERSHIPS IN MY AREA WERE NOT THE LEAST BIT HELPFUL, I'M GLAD I FOUND HERITAGE. IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE. THANKS FOR MAKING THIS A GOOD EXPERIENCE! SINCERELY, D. JONES More
