Contrary to the others on here who seemed to have a bad experience with Floyd, our experience was quite good. We purchased a new 2010 Elantra GLS. I started searching for a Hyundai because of my satisfaction with the Hyundai I was already driving, a Hyundai Elentra with 258,000 miles which I purchased new in 2000. I contacted and visited another dealership, they showed me some new and used Accents and Elentras but were very complacent in starting to make any type of a deal. I broadened my search around the Baltimore beltway and found a new Hynudai dealership still celebrating their grand opening. I contacted Heritage Hyundai in Towson and I received a prompt call back from Sales Consultant Tom Hamme. I wasn't in a rush to make a purchase, Tom was patient and informative on the products I was searching. I was leaning toward the smaller Accent; however, Tom was able to work a better deal on the larger Elentra. I traded my 2000 Elentra and I'm now driving my new 2010 Elentra. More
