In the past 20 years I have purchased three Saturns and I have loved each one. The last Saturn, my burgundy L-100 has seen me through thick and thin. However, it was time to put “Sam” to rest. I needed a reliable car that will take me safety back and forth to see my son at the University Of Richmond, Va. So I decided on the Elantra SE. My first experience with Heritage Hyundai was very pleasant. Salesman, Chris White met us with a big smile and a hearty handshake. After asking what we were looking for, he showed us several models. I settled on a red Elantra SE and when I say settled... that’s how I felt. It was the end of the month and there were three red automatics. So we sat down and worked out figures. His manager came over, shook my hand and was very pleasant. Due to the lateness of time, Chris said he would call me the following day once we were approved by the bank. The next day, he called and I came to the dealership to pick up my “red” Elantra. As I drove Sam into the dealership parking, Chris was standing by the door smiling. He said, “You don’t have to take the red Elantra if you don’t want to”. I was so happy. Chris told me that a new shipment of Elantras came in that very day. Needless to say, I chose a new color….. Often times, customer service appears to be dead. People in retail positions don’t smile, aren’t courteous, and don’t want to go the extra mile to make the sale. Chris White was not that person. He didn’t have to tell me about the new shipment. I could have purchased my “red” Elantra and been on my way. However, he did tell me and for that I am very grateful. For the past two days of this process, he has smiled, he has been more than courteous, and did go the extra mile… not just to make the sale… but to make me happy. I know it was his personality that made me want to purchase a car from him. Would I recommend Heritage Hyundai to my family and friends…. Yes I would. I would definitely recommend Chris White as the salesperson to go to. Thank you Heritage Hyundai, not just for the car, but for hiring a wonderful salesman like Chris White. More

If you are looking for a no pressure salesman who knows his stuff, Doug is your guy. He is professional, yet pleasant to work with and easy to talk to. I had never driven a Hyundai before, and honestly was not expecting to like them, but I have a brother who says his Santa Fe is the best car he has ever owned.....so I decided to give them a look. Well I was way off....I test drove a 2011 Sonata on a Friday..came back on Saturday to show my wife...and by 4pm that day I was talking with Mark in finance. He also was very easy to deal with, no nonsense, no pressure, he just described the all of the options available. One of the things I really appreciated about both Doug and Mark was how they both asked me lots of questions about my driving habits, so they could point me towards the car and options that would fit best for me. I had done a fair amount of research and knew what price I was willing to pay. I am not one of those beat the dealer into submission guys, but I made them what I thought was a fair offer, and in very little time we came to an agreement. Another thing that impressed me...so my wife was inching the car back into the parking spot...slowly....nervously... and from across the lot comes one of the guys that I assume preps/shines up the new cars for people when they buy a car and with a big friendly smile on his face guides her back into the spot. I was paying cash but all the dealers that I contacted wanted to sell me something that I did not want. I knew the kind of car that I wanted and I refused to go over my burget. I spoke to my repair man and he give me Ms. Pat Broady name and told me to call her that she can get me what I was looking for. My request was sample. I needed a car that was all wheel drive, less than five years old, less than 80,000 miles and less than $10,000.00 and I was paying cash and needed the car the next business day. Ms Pat told me that she will see what she can do. In less than twenty-for hours, I had my car. Ms. Broady not only got me the car, it was a SUV and fully loaded with tinted windows. I was impressed and very happy. It seem that God had this car waiting for me with everything I ever hope for in a car plus some. As soon as I stepped on to the lot, Matt walked up, introduced himself, and made himself available to answer my questions. I was never pressured and felt very comfortable talking with him. Jason helped me with my trade-in (which was very generous) and walked me through the beginnings of the financial investment I was about to make. Both were extremely kind, and considerate, especially when my infant daughter needed to join me (they talked quietly while she napped). Mark wrapped up my evening with finalizing all of the paperwork, being mindful to be as quick as possible (because it was past my daughter's bedtime). Besides the secretary, every offered hellos and genuine smiles and if I had enough money to buy another car, it would be a Hyundai from Mile One Towson! More

He put no pressure on me to make a decision. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous - from the receptionist to the business manager to the guys moving cars on the lot. I visited the dealership several times before purchasing my 2011 Tucson. I love it! Doug has been very helpful in explaining all the features to me. Doug even handled the return of my rental car for me! This was not expected, but a wonderful gift so I could drive my new vehicle home.
