I was interested in buying a 2011 Sonata Limited and found out about this dealership through USAA Car Buying Services.I already knew what I wanted and had done my research. It was a great experience because there was no haggling or pressure. Matt was very professional and knowledgable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was also very thorough in going over the paperwork and pointing out things that may be of interest that were in the vehicle manual. Matt also responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion. If Matt was not available Jamail was avaiailable to answer any further questions I had. I had shopped at other Hyundai dealerships and was not impressed and felt pressured by their sales associates therfore I decided to make my purchase with this dealership. I also got a fair price. I would recommend this dealership along with these two employees to any of my friends or families that are interested in buying a Hyundai. More

He explained all my options clearly and answered all of my questions. He was knowlegable and professional. He respected the fact that I wanted as much information as possible and that I was not neccesarily buying that day. I did however buy before the week was out. I had gone to another dealer in Owings Mills and received a horrible quote that did not come close to the offer I received from Matt, which just helped me to make that final decision to buy from Matt and Heritage Hyundai in Towson. The entire process was terrific and exciting for me and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone even considering buying a new Hyundai. More
