Having found a car by way of the internet, I flew to Heritage Hyundai from Columbus,OH and was greeted at the airport and driven to the dealership by one of their personnel. I contacted the dealership and set test drive appointment with Stan Gabrovski. He was very nice and what surprise me is his product knowleage and professionalism. Two hours after I walked in the delarship I was driving home in my New 2010 Hyundai Elantra. 11/11/2010: I just want to give thanks to Matt and Marty at MileOne Heritage Hyundai!!!! It took me a long to time to visit Matt. However once I did my experience was so pleasant!!! I went to the Hyundai dealership very unsure of what was going to happen - I was looking to trade in my car and hopefully find something new for myself. The dealership was very a very friendly, clean environment. Jacob was a great help since I was a little nervous about the whole process. He was friendly and informative. He got me a great deal on my trade in and helped me get the car that I wanted. I did not in any way feel pressured at all, and left feeling a little more educated about the whole deal. We had to wait a while for the financing to go through, but while we waited Jacob provided us with a snack and allowed us to sit at his desk and chat. The wait however was not that bad - considering it was a Saturday. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience there and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car. I was fortunate to find a used car that I really love, however, I did not feel like there were a lot of options for someone shopping in my price range. This was my first visit there, so who knows!? Maybe that is not always the case. Worth checking out though! More

My overall experience with Mile One Heritage Hyundai Towson was genuinely great! I received an e-mail response from with Tom Hamme within one hour after I left my e-mail information on the website. I also received an e-mail response from the dealership manager as well within the next half hour. I was only checking out the feasibility of maybe buying a new car, but after driving the 2011 Hyundai Sonata, I was sold! It was a quiet, smooth ride, and had all of the features I wanted in a car. I joked with Tom that I got a Mercedes without paying for a Mercedes! I love my car; the color, performance and luxury features are much more than I expected in a Hyundai. I have owned a BMW 5 Series and I can truly say I am much more pleased with my Sonata's performance and price! I would put my Sonata up against any other luxury car (Lexus, Mercedes, BMW) and still make the same choice. I would recommend this car to anyone that wanted style, class, luxury but didn't want to spend an exorbitant amount of money. My experience with Mile One Heritage Hyundai Towson gave me nothing but good vibes-everyone was friendly and helpful every step of the way with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai. The commercial does say-"if you test drive a Hyundai, you'll buy a Hyundai" and they are right! More
