ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS!! Can't give a business zero stars on here but this dealership does not deserve any stars whatsoever in fact, they don't deserve the time ZERO STARS!! Can't give a business zero stars on here but this dealership does not deserve any stars whatsoever in fact, they don't deserve the time it's going to take me to write this. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! Two days ago my fiancée and I drove over 45 minutes away to Towson to test drive a blue 2022 Hyundai Tucson. The test drive was prearranged and scheduled for a 12 noon slot with salesman Joshua. Upon arriving Joshua met us in the lot. Shortly thereafter the three of us took the Tucson for a test drive. It was a beautiful vehicle and every thing my fiancée was wanting. Due to the need to get a cashiers check for the majority of the vehicle's cost we could not purchase the vehicle while we were there. We told both Joshua and his manager Jason Templeton that we needed to secure the funds, get the cashier's check and that had planned to quickly check out one other identical Tucson at a dealer near the bank we'd be getting the cashiers check at. After test driving the other Tucson we immediately called salesman Joshua and told him that we wanted the blue Hyundai Tucson that my fiancée had test driven that morning, this was only 2 hours later. During this telephone conversation it was explained that the check would be gotten first thing in the morning made payable to Heritage Hyundai of Towson and that my fiancée would be driving up last night to pay for and pick up the vehicle. Salesman Joshua said that would be fine and that he would be getting the car cleaned up and ready for when my fiancée arrived. Last night my fiancée called Joshua again and told him the check was in hand but said that due to work he would probably not have time to clean out his trade in and specifically asked salesman Joshua if it would be possible to pick the Tucson up and relinquish the trade in today. My fiancée made it very clear that if this was not going to be okay my fiancée told Joshua that he would drive up last night. Joshua said this delay would be fine and that there was nothing at all to worry about. First thing this morning my fiancée called Joshua to verify this evenings pickup of the Hyundai Tucson. Shortly after speaking to salesman Joshua a manager named Ross called my fiancée at work to advise him that they sold the blue Hyundai Tucson to another buyer. Knowing that the check for the vehicle was secured and in hand and already made payable to the dealership, knowing that both the Credit Union that would be providing the additional funds over and above the cashiers check and the insurance company that would be insuring the blue Hyundai had already been contacted they sold the vehicle mere hours before my fiancée was scheduled to meet with them to pay for and secure the vehicle. What sort of business practice is this? What sort of business is this...a dam crappy one. What kind of salesperson or management makes arrangements for a purchase to occur on a specific day with a specified time only to sell the vehicle hours before the scheduled purchase meeting? Do not trust this business! Do not waste your time with them! They are liars and con men. More

My wife end I had a great experience purchasing our car at Heritage Hyundai Towson 05/31/24. We communicated extensively with Heritage (on-line) prior to the sale and when we went in to make the purchase at Heritage Hyundai Towson 05/31/24. We communicated extensively with Heritage (on-line) prior to the sale and when we went in to make the purchase, our sales person Bristol was super helpful, informative, and patient. He explained how everything in the car operated and even helped us set up the BlueLink app on our phone. Everything was as agreed to prior to the visit. We did have some questions on the paperwork and Bristol, promptly answered all our questions in a clear and concise manner. The Internet sales manager, Kevinth, and the sales manager Sang, were also very accommodating prior to the sale to ensure that we revised the best deal possible. This is our second car from Heritage and we'd recommend a visit to Heritage, or virtual visit, for anyone interested in purchasing a Hyundai. 😀 More
