Everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and informative. The was no hassle for me to purchase a car. Before going to the dealer, I "fixed" the price through truecar.com since I didn't want to bother fighting over the sales price. Matt Long was my salesman. I bought a certified pre-owned Hyundai here. Experience with salesman was OK. I also was peeved about the floor mats. I didn't realize the car had none until I already purchased the car. When I called back to ask if they would work with me on getting floor mats, they said there was no way. They also did not have all the paperwork for the sale (warranty info, etc.) in order at the time and I was pressured to sign documents before I was ready. They don't seem to care about the customer - only the $$ and I felt that. Especially with their finance guy. Kind of a jerk actually. I would not have bought a car here if I didn't really need one at the time. I'm also suspicious of the number positive reviews for this place on dealerrater.com - most them are pretty recent and sound similar. I wonder if they are falsifying the reviews to bring in more customers, though I have no proof of that. I hope that dealerrater.com looks into it. I honestly think this place is shady and would elect to go elsewhere. More
Customer Service: Tony customer service was great, because he made sure I was getting the service I needed. I explain to Tony the size vehicle I need. Quality of work: Tony Quality of work was great he takes the exract mile to help his customer out no matter what the problem is. Friendliness: Tony Friendslines was great as soon as I walked inside his office he offered me something to drink or a snack. Right there I new he was a good person, because he made sure I was relax no matter what. And as we were going over stuff it same like he was telling me as a firend not a empolyee. Overall Experience : My over all Experience with the Mile One family was great everyone thier has great Customer Service and takes the exract step to help thier Customer no matter what the situation is. Im just glad they were the company i decide to go to because they treated me like Family. Price: I don't no who will read this but the Price was good I guess to tell the truth I just looking for a car. I bought a 2010 used Sonata from Matt Long at this dealership after having seen the vehicle on AutoTrader.com. I HATE buying cars because I always feel like the dealership is trying to get one over on me. Matt & his boss, Jason, were extremely professional and friendly with absolutely no tactics to pressure me into a decision. I very much appreciated this. The only reason I rated the dealership a 4 instead of a 5 for customer service & overall experience is the amount of time it took, once we had come to an agreement, to actually take my money was over 90 minutes. This is not a reflection on Matt at all but rather the dealership for not having enough processors to take care of the traffic they had that day. I paid cash so none of this time was in loan processing. I will definitely shop here for my next vehicle though in spite of this. More
