I was pleased when he was willing to come in on his day off if I had requested to take delivery on that day, although I did decline his generous offer.When I finally purchased the car, he was thorough in an explanation of particular features. I was hoping to purchase the car for a fee a bit less than I actually ended up paying, but the overall experience was a good one. I would definately refer friends, relatives and colleagues to this dealership, and this sales person in particular. More

I was a Saturn owner and sorry to see the car owner go out of business. I tried Honda and did not feel the love from the sales person. I walked into Hyundai and found a former Saturn manager at this loc out of business. I tried Honda and did not feel the love from the sales person. I walked into Hyundai and found a former Saturn manager at this location. Then I found out the salesman, George, also worked for Saturn until their demise. He chatted with me about the reason I had bought a Saturn 3 times in the past and what the sales experience should be like. It made me feel "at home" with my decision to test drive the Hyundai. I did not feel any pressure to purchase and did not have to haggle with the price. These were the reasons I had chosen the Saturn in the past and this feeling has carried through from his training into his position now with Hyundai. As a single female, some car purchase decisions from the past had been very negative until I found Saturn and now I feel this Hyundai dealer and saleperson are making this decision a positive experience. I have been purchasing vehicles for the past 53 years. In an effort to expedite time, I research the car of my interest in auto magazines, Internet reviews,Consumer Digest, and similar publications. Then I do comparison shopping via telephone and Internet within a 200-mile radius of my home. The various dealerships with whom I spoke quoted me the identical MSRP for the Equus Signature and there was not too great of a significnat differential between the trade-in value offrered me for my 2009 Genesis. Finally, I decided to drive 187 miles to do business with Heritage Hyundai for the following reasons: (a) the finely-tuned knowledge base and professionalism of the several staff members (i.e., Jason Sponseller, Thomas Hamme, and Justin Davis) with whom I interacted and the respect, pride, and enthusiasm they displayed in their presentation and discussion of the Equus, (b) the fluid, but patient inter-personal quality of our interactions; i.e., I never felt pressured or spoken to in a condescending manner(c) the accommodation of my demanding schedule and the 3.5 hour drive to their dealership, and (d) the several telephone calls and e-mail communications subsequent to my purchase to ascertain that everything was still well with my new Equus. Sufice it to say,because of the quality experience that I had at Heritage, I have now purchased my fifth Hyundai automobile. More

This car shopping experience was very satisfying, and we did not have any hesitations about purchasing a Sonata through Stan and Heritage Hyundai. I first arrived with an appointment and there was a confusion about the vehicle and it wasnt on the property. I had spent 1 hour in rush hour traffic to get to the dealership and find it wasnt there. I was very frustrated and the sales associate who I had an appointment with wasnt even there. I wasnt sure I was ever going to come back. But then I got assigned to work with George Small who talked with me and assisted me with my purchase. George is a great salesman and If it wasn't for George I probably would have never come back to the dealership. He is great, efficient, attentive, and very personable. We really like the 2011 Tuscon, so we gave Heritage a try. Matt Long and his manager were very professional, helpful and patient with us through the process. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I have high standards and these guys could not have "wowed" us more. We couldn't be more happy with our new vehicles. My husband and I went car shopping one day and ended up buying from the first place we stopped. We liked the no-pressure shopping they allowed us to do. We were not followed around by an annoying salesman as we browsed the lot. When we did decide to test-drive the Sonata, Stan was wonderful. He was informative, friendly, and down-to-earth. We were very much at ease with him throughout the entire purchasing process. We were also pleasantly surprised when they offered to buy our SmartBuy leased Saturn VUE from us, which saved us quite a bit of hassle and money we were expecting to pay in mileage overage, etc. Overall a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
