The helped me in every way they could, even offering me transportation ti the dealership if I wasn't able to provide my own. Ms. Broady was VERY helpful and I felt as if I was chatting with someone I'd known for years! I'd surely reccoment this dealership to my friend, family and even strangers!! The customer service was excellent from the 1st phone call down to my new plates being put on my car. The quality of work was amazing, I felt very comfortable and never pressured. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and willing to answere all my questions. My overall experience was AMAZING!! The price was just what I was looking for and I won't be overwhelmed by my monthly payments. I didn't expect to get as much as I did for the price I paid. More
Everything about my experience with Heritage Hyundai of Towson was pleasant. This was my first time buying a brand new car (or any car for that matter) & I was not excited about it at all. I had lost my Je Towson was pleasant. This was my first time buying a brand new car (or any car for that matter) & I was not excited about it at all. I had lost my Jeep Cherokee in an accident about 2 weeks before I started seriously looking for cars. I had put off car searching because at that time, nothing could replace my Jeep! (All Jeep owners will understand) One of the cars on my short list of replacement vehicles was the Hyundai Tucson. After hearing rave reviews from several people at work that have had/currently have Hyundais, I went in for a test drive. It was the first car that I test drove that day (followed by the Jeep Patriot & the Toyota Matrix). I immediately loved the way it drove. Coming from a 1999 built-like-a-tank, straight V-6, Jeep, the Hyundai was incredibly smooth & quick too. I appeased by urge to continue with Jeep by then test driving the Patriot. While there were things that I liked about it (the smooth CVT transmission, for one), it just wasn't as nice as the Hyundai. For almost the same amount of money, I wanted every dollar that I was spending to go the furthest. After stewing over both cars for what seemed like forever (actually about 2 weeks), I decided to give up my Jeep obsession & try something new with the Hyundai. You really can't beat the warranty & the standard package is far & away better than anything that Jeep had to offer (for example: the standard Jeep Patriot package is a manual transmission & has NO air conditioning - something that I really didn't even think was possible). I'm very glad that chose the Hyundai in the end. Warranties & packages aside, it's just a nice looking car (I got the garnet red - one thing that I couldn't let go of after always having a red Jeep). My experience with Heritage of Towson was great. I am very happy to have worked with Matt Long. He was incredibly nice, funny & patient with me while I tried my hand at "negotiating". There really wasn't much to negotiate about - everything was pretty straight forward. I feel that I got exactly what I wanted & a bargain for my money. Matt was very friendly & easy to talk to. He made the process of buying a car seem easy & painless. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. More
I just bought a Hyundai Sonata at Towson Heritage and couldn't be happier with my choice. Matt Long was extremely helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. I felt that the information I received was very honest and sincere. There was absolutely no pressure and the whole experience was very relaxed. I found everyone at Heritage Hyundai Towson to be courteous and professional. All in all it was a very enjoyable car buying experience; I would highly recommend this dealership, and Matt Long in particular. More
Matt Long assisted me in purchasing a 2011 Hyundai Elantra. My first trip to the dealership allowed us to agree on pricing. They also gave me a fair trade in estimate on my current vehicle. There wa Elantra. My first trip to the dealership allowed us to agree on pricing. They also gave me a fair trade in estimate on my current vehicle. There was no pressure involved at all. Matt was very helpful and willing to answer any questions. I took a few days to test drive some other makes of vehicles to determine the Elantra was the right car. Once I decided it was, I asked Matt to locate a specific color and model. He was able to find a matching vehicle and and have it brought in from Pennsylvania within 5 days. During the 5 days, Matt was very considerate and kept me updated on the progress of the search for the vehicle. He always returned my calls in a reasonable amount of time. The completion of purchase / paperwork took around 90 minutes on a Thursday. Heritage had to have me come back the next night (Friday) because they used the wrong VIN on the paperwork. The time to correct this was pretty quick and painless. I noticed Saturday night when I had time to review the revised paperwork that the new paperwork did not include the $600 discount from my original paperwork. This in turn caused my loan payments to be slightly higher. I called Heritage Saturday night ( they were closed ) and left a message for Matt regarding the issue. He called me back first thing Monday morning. Heritage offered to come to my office so that I would not have to come back a third time since it would only involve a few signatures. They also offered my 4 free oil changes due to the additional mix up. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a car. He is easy to talk to, does not pressure you and is willing to help in any way. Even though we had a few paperwork issues, Heritage seems very focused on making things right with the customer. I appreciate this. This is my first Hyundai purchase. If the vehicle holds up well over the long haul, I am sure I would return to Heritage to purchase my next vehicle. More
Long story short...we made an appointment with Tony Hart to put a deposit on a specific make/model/color of a vehicle that was coming in at some point in the future. When we arrived we waited 45 minutes onl to put a deposit on a specific make/model/color of a vehicle that was coming in at some point in the future. When we arrived we waited 45 minutes only to find out they sold the vehicle the day before. WTF? While we cannot comment on other sales "consultants" at Heritage - we would never deal with Tony ever again. Furthermore, we would never support a dealership that employees people like Tony. More

Our salesman, Matt Long, may be a genius when it comes to creative writing (as you know by now if you're reading his reviews (kidding!)), but there's no way he could, or would, describe the kind of "positive creative writing (as you know by now if you're reading his reviews (kidding!)), but there's no way he could, or would, describe the kind of "positive experience" my wife and I had at MileOne Heritage Hyundai Towson. Let me begin by saying that we spoke to more than fifteen Hyundai (and Mazda) dealers in our search for the perfect car, at the perfect price, by the perfect people, before we decided to travel to MileOne Heritage Hyundai Towson. This is where we decided we had found what we were looking for. My wife and I were picky, to say the least. Here's what was important to us and why: 1. We wanted to be treated as though the car-dealer wanted our business. Every person from the phone ("It's a great day at MileOne Heritage Hyundai Towson!") to the customer service, especially Matt Long, was polite, friendly, grateful, and followed through on the promises that were made to us. After all, we were about to spend a substantial amount of money investing in their company! 2. The right price. As I said, we considered no less than fifteen dealers and this dealer produced the best car (in-stock no less) at a price that exceeded our expectations. We purchased a 2011 Hyundai Tucson GLS, that we are in love with. (Seriously, if my wife loved this car any more, I might develop a jealousy complex!) We also had a car to trade in (fair condition is a gross overstatement). We were offered a very agreeable price that was above and beyond "fair." 3. No pressure. No games. When we spoke to Matt Long (and Tony Hart), we told them exactly what we were interested in and what the price needed to be. Tony first did the research to be certain the dealership could meet our outrageous demands. When we arrived at the dealer and Tony was with another valued customer, he introduced us to Matt, who took excellent care of us. Matt had already become aware of our needs and was attentive in every way. We thank Tony, too, because we know he put our needs ahead of his own in order to provide us the best experience as a customer. 4. I hate paperwork. The process of buying a car is time consuming and can be frustrating (I'd rather have a tooth pulled) but after we decided to purchase the vehicle, Matt took over in a frenzy of papers flying and pens draining, while my wife and I spoke leisurely over a cup of coffee, which was lovingly prepared for me on the house. All we had to do was sign a few times, grab the keys and enjoy! Over all, I think I've really drilled home the point that you who are reading this... yes you!... do not need to go anywhere else to find what you're looking for. There is no better price, there are no better people, and this is the car for you. So, sit back and enjoy your drink of choice, while the good folks at MileOne Heritage Hyundai Towson put you in the car of your dreams. P.S. After my wife began sleeping in the Tucson overnight, I did develop a jealousy complex and may have to buy the new Genesis Coupe 3.8 just to get even! More
