I needed a car within a short time span and started the search for a 5 speed. I went to Toyota and Honda but met with very limited choices, uninformed salesmen, and unrealistic prices for what they had to search for a 5 speed. I was so lucky to have Matt as my salesperson because he was friendly, calm, and willing to do a test drive in the middle of a thunderstorm and walk around the lot in the pouring rain in search of a 5 speed. I test drove the Elantra Touring Car-loved it. Within minutes of going back to his office, he located a loaded blue Touring car and had it at the dealership the next day. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and he spent as much time as I needed to acquaint myself with the features. I would highly recommend asking for him as a salesperson. More

I recently bought a 2011 Hyundai Elantra at Heritage. Although it took a while to complete the sale (the car I wanted was out of stock and took almost 2 months to arrive... George was great to work with. There was no pressure during the process. The finance gentleman, Melvin made the experience even better. During the financing Melvin offered several options. Melvin said no problem. We drew up a pending bill of sale. We went home did our homework and decided not to buy any of Melvin's offers.
