When my wife and I went to the dealership we kind of knew what wanted but we didn't really know what to expect. Matt Long was excellent and showed us several vehicles and was not too pushy. In May of this year I came into Heritage Hyundai for another vehicle purchase. I have owned a Hyundai for 11 years. I was introduced to Matt Long as my Salesman and he was Fabulous! He walked me throu another vehicle purchase. I have owned a Hyundai for 11 years. I was introduced to Matt Long as my Salesman and he was Fabulous! He walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. He took special time out to show me all the bells and whistles. After I decided on a vehicle he was also kind enough to even program my Bluetooth. I was thoroughly pleased with Matt and Heritage Hyundai. And would recommend any friends or family to visit. More

On Saturday September 1, 2013 I e-mailed Heritage Hyundai for information about a new Hyundai Elantra Limited at about 3:00 pm. In about 15 minutes I was contacted by Darren Gordon, one of the Sales Managers for information about a new Hyundai Elantra Limited at about 3:00 pm. In about 15 minutes I was contacted by Darren Gordon, one of the Sales Managers. Mr. Gordon asked if I could stop by the dealership by 6:00 pm to look at the car I had requested information on. I walked into the dealership at 4:45 pm and was greeted by Mr. Gordon. He introduced me to George Small, one of the New Car Salespersons. George was everything a salesperson should be and it was a pleasure dealing with him, not that we did a lot of dealing. I had a pretty good idea of where I wanted to be price wise with my trade in. I told George the offers I had received on the same car as well as the research I had done. Heritage made it worth while price wise to buy from them and by 7:30 pm I was driving home in my new Elantra. Fastest and most painless car purchase I have ever made, less than 3 hours. Special thanks to George and Claudio (Finance) for staying late and completing all the paperwork for my purchase. I'm really not a review posting kind of person, so you know I was happy with Heritage Hyundai. Great place to buy a car. More

By the time I met Matt, I already knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and had narrowed it down to two possible colors and selecting options. Matt was great. There was no-pressure to add on things that vehicle I wanted and had narrowed it down to two possible colors and selecting options. Matt was great. There was no-pressure to add on things that I didn't want/need (unlike the dealership that is MUCH closer to my home that I had walked out of two days earlier for trying to sell me something I didn't want). Matt did not try to steer me to a different vehicle (unlike the dealership I left just the day before for trying to sell me something I didn't come in for). No bait-and-switch tactics. My ONLY regret is that I didn't go to Matt Long FIRST. Even though the dealership he works at was around the belt-way, I could have been driving my Hyundai Tucson a few weeks sooner, saving me time, gas money, and aggrevation. I thought if I walked into a dealership with full knowledge of what I wanted and made it clear that I wasn't going to change my mind or get additional equipment that I didn't need that I would be able to "freely" make a vehichle purchase based on MY choices. Out of the countless dealerships that I went to in Maryland, MATT was the one who assisted me in purchasing the vehicle that I wanted. THANK YOU MATT! More
