Went to dealership to look into purchasing a Hyundai Genesis. I test drove a car that was not the version I came in looking for. It had the technology package and I didn't think I needed that. After the test drive Bristol and I talked price and had a great conversation. I wasn't looking to purchase that day, just drive and price. The next day Bristol sent me a txt message. At first I thought this was odd but I responded. I was still looking to test drive some other vehicles but the txt messaging was great and allowed me to go to other places while still trying to work out the price of the Genesis. We couldn't work out a deal on the Genesis with the technology package so at the end of the day it seemed like we would not have a deal. The next day Bristol sent me another txt asking if he could find a Genesis with the premium package that I was originally looking for would I be interested. I said yes and the next day he had found one. We worked out the price over txt messaging and I came in, did the paperwork, and left with the car. It was the best buying experience I have had. I couldn't ask for a better sales person. Bristol did everything and more to accommodate me without having to have me at the dealership for an entire day. I recommend him to anyone I know looking for a car. More
Bought a used car. Had to bring car in twice in two months. Dealership would not stand by car and was trying to charge me over $500 for repairs. We originally planned on making a purchase at a Hyundai dealership closer to home. But thank God we didn't! I felt so at home at Towson Heritage Hyundai! Art Talansky and his manager, Scott were very honest and knowledgeable. They were extremely patient with our decision making process. Art understood my car situation and that I was just starting out with my career. He worked hard to cut the pricing to my budget. The unbelievable deal he produced us was unbeatable by any other dealer. Not only was the price right, it was a wonderful experience! I love my new Hyundai. Thanks Art! My trunk release cable broke during the initial walk around the vehicle after I purchased it. Two years later and after breaking a second time, the trunk release cable is broken. I went to Heritage Hyundai on December 8th to test drive a Sonata for comparison against the Nissan Altima I had already driven. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I was enthusiastically greeted by Joel a Sonata for comparison against the Nissan Altima I had already driven. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I was enthusiastically greeted by Joel. Joel was very pleasant and patiently went on 3 test drives with my daughter and me. It was getting late in the day and actually past the dealerships 6pm closing time, but Joel and the Heritage team stayed open for me. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Sonata and a 2007 Mazada 3 they had on the lot, for my daughter. They worked up a great deal for me purchasing 2 cars. It was a long process and we didn't leave the dealership until 10:30pm. I had no way to get the Mazada home, because my daughter only has her learner's permit at the time. Joel graciously offered to drive the Mazada home for me and was picked up at my home. Joel called within a couple days to follow up to see how everything was going. I have sent Joel several emails asking questions and he has promptly replied with answers. There are some things I am not quite satisfied with on the Sonata but as far as the service to this point provided by Joel, I am completely satisifed. More
