I went to Heritage Hyundai with a game plan of how much I wanted to pay and what type of car I wanted. I was also lucky enough to have secured a decent price through the USAA Car Buying Service :-) Once I wanted to pay and what type of car I wanted. He was very professional throughout our initial conversation, which inspired me to meet with him on the next day to start the purchase paperwork. During that process, it was discovered that the car I had initially sought (2013 Sonata Hybrid Limited) was simply too rich for my blood. I then started working with Rudy on running the numbers for a 2013 Elantra Limited, and the rest is history. He worked tirelessly to get me the finance rate and the price that I was looking for and I couldn't be more thrilled that he did.
