I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Veloster at MileOne in Towson. Ralph Price was our Salesman and he was awesome! I was undecided, but I liked both the Veloster and the Genesis. Even though I live ne in Towson. Ralph Price was our Salesman and he was awesome! I was undecided, but I liked both the Veloster and the Genesis. Even though I live near another dealarship, I noticed that there was a much better selection of both models at MileOne (was shopping online). Ralph was very knowledgeable about all of the models and made it easy. I drove the Veloster and loved it, but was still undecided and thinking about the Genesis. They had a used one on the lot, which was less expensive) and Ralph quickly got it ready for a second test drive. We got back to the dealership and he checked the computer system to see if there were any other cars available at other Heritage locations which might fullfill my needs. He never pressured me to decide one way or the other...just wanted me to be happy with my choice. We never haggled over price and the final price was less than the internet price. The process was painless and fast compared to my past experiences. Ralph has followed up several times with me to make sure I'm still loving the car. He's been available for any and all questions. So far...no issues whatsoever. If you're looking for a new car...check out MileOne...and ask for Ralph! More

We drove about 60 miles to compare service and prices to our local Hyundai dealer (about 15 miles away) and were very glad we did. We ended up leasing a car from Heritage Hyundai and the experience was gre our local Hyundai dealer (about 15 miles away) and were very glad we did. We ended up leasing a car from Heritage Hyundai and the experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and Ralph went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He explained the whole process very clearly and after the paperwork was finished took time to fully explain all of the cars features and answer any questions. I would recommend anyone considering a Hyundai to take the time to check this dealership out and make sure you ask for Ralph. More

Even though we didn't end up purchasing a Hyundai - I definitely have to go out of my way to say this was By far one of the best customer service experiences I've had in recent memory. My hope would be that other car dealers can emulate this type of experience, or for any type of business. As soon as we walked in the door, Ralph greeted us openly and warmly. You could tell it was sincere and honest. While we were waiting to test drive 2 vehicles, he showed and allowed us to inspect a model on the showroom floor. During the test drive itself, he was informative, but not too talkative so I could get a feel for the driving experience and focus on the ride quality. Most excellent. He was very clear in describing all the different features and amenities, which I appreciated. I can really tell this dealership places a lot of emphasis on customer service and care. While walking around, I could see the "10-step rule" in effect - employees who would say Hi, and ask if we had been helped. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Before we left, we got to chat with one of the sale managers, which was very appreciated. By the time we had come home, there was an e-mail from Ralph thanking us for coming in. It's the little things like this that really matter. Thanks so much! More
