I needed another car after mine was totaled in an accident My caravan was totaled in an accident so I was in need of another vehicle before I had to turn my rental back in. I had gone on line and saw a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe that I was really interested in, but I was unsure as to whether or I not I could get approved for it. I had gone to another Heritage location but the quality of service was way below satisfactory, as they would not even try to work with me to get me into the car I wanted. I left that store and headed straight to the Towson Heritage Hyundai store where the car actually was. At first I was working with Latoya, who is very sweet, and she began working on getting me my car. While waiting, Latoya had other scheduled customers that she began working with so she handed me over to Matt but only after letting me know that she thought it looked like they might be able to get me approved for the Santa Fe.....that was very reassuring to me. Matt was just as wonderful as Latoya, he told me that at Heritage Hyundai....they not only work with you but that they work FOR you and that is definitely the truth! I had to go back the next day, as I needed to have my cosigner with me and he let me know what we needed to bring back with us. The next day my cosigner and I met with Matt and gave him the necessary paperwork and then we met with Randy in Finance. Not only did I get the car that I wanted but my payments were less than I anticipated and around $120 less a month than the other dealership quoted me and with no money down. I drove away a very happy woman and I would recommend anyone to their dealership. They are definitely about trying to put a customer is something they want not just something they have to settle for and they go the extra mile to do so! More

She didn't try to sell me a car that I didn't want and she also kept me in the price range that I could afford. She made the process effortless and I really appreciated that.
