I saw a Lexus advertised and called to discuss specifics. Jennifer was assigned to me and extremely responsive. I wanted to determine the price before driving 2 hours to see the SUV. While I understood that it may not be customary to do the negotiating via phone/text/email, she worked with me and talked to the manager and we were able to come to agreement on the price. Happily, when I arrived at the dealership, they kept their word, had the car and the transaction was pretty much seamless. We had a minor issue with the car that I need to have looked at, but Jennifer assured me if there was an issue,she will take care of it. The icing on the cake was that the deal included delivery of the vehicle I drove to Towson back to my house. Today, as promised, Jennifer drove my car the two hours to my home and then turned around to head back to Maryland. Thank you Jennifer!! I am very pleased with the SUV and feel that I received both great, no nonsense service from you as well as being very satisfied with the price paid.
