The experience was very relaxing and the two ladies that made our visit a wonderful experience was Lisa Lescallett and Darla Brown. They treated us with such professionalism, friendliness and care. They worked very hard to make sure we left with the car we wanted in the price we could afford. I have never had anyone work as hard for us as these two ladies did. They were very concerned about us being comfortable while they worked on getting us approved for the car. They was so concerned about us, they apologized every minute for the wait, they even went the extra mile and brought us lunch. Now, tell me where you can get this type of treatment anywhere else, and I will show you Lisa and Darla. They worked very well together, I just can't get over the concern they had for me and my mom. I will most assuredly tell all my friends and family about coming to Heritage Hyundai in Towson for their next car purchase. Thank you Darla and Lisa for your labor and concern for me and my mom. Although the other dealership offered some other perks, I wanted to give my business to Rudy. He made me feel comfortable and told me he wanted my business.
