Service Department Scam Artists I took my new used 2014 Hyundai Accent in to them because my mechanic said the problem he saw should be under warranty and to take it to a dealer. My I took my new used 2014 Hyundai Accent in to them because my mechanic said the problem he saw should be under warranty and to take it to a dealer. My "advisor", Wilbur Maurath, came back and said that the original problem was not a problem, but, (and this is directly off of my invoice), "SIDE DOOR AIRBAG SENSOR MISSING....EVIDENCE OF BODY WORK ON DOOR/SENSOR NOT INSTALLED NOR IS WIRING HARNESS CORRECT FOR SENSOR HOOK UP". Mr. Maurath told me that this may mean none of my airbags would work, as the sensors were all connected, and I should do this right away, very important, blah blah blah...$660 please!" So I went back to the dealer I had recently bought the car from and asked them about it, and when they opened up my car to install new parts there, the mechanic brought me outside to have a look and showed me that not only were the sensor and harness still there, but they were the original parts, perfectly intact and working just fine! Heritage hyundai were rude and unresponsive when I confronted them with the fact that I saw their lie with my own eyes, and that they had just tried to scam me out of almost $700 for absolutely nothing!!! I advise anyone going there to at the very least get a 2nd opinion on ANY work they tell you needs to be done, but ideally STAY AWAY from this dealership, they are thieves! More

And then everything changed when I came across a phenomenal person, Jennifer Cahill. she changed my whole perspective on car dealerships and made me realize that all dealerships aren't bad and out to screw you over. Jennifer made everything easy to understand and delightful. She went above and beyond helping us get this car even on her day off. She did a excellent job at making us feel welcomed and comfortable. I wish I could give this dealership more stars than listed because my experience with these guys was just that pleasant. I cant wait to tell everyone about Heritage and about my experience their. I wish you guys the best and I definitely know were I should go and who to talk to if I am looking for a car in the future. More

The stigma that goes with car salesmen was erased completly and replaced by a smile, and laughter that one shares with a friend they've known forever. Jennifer was interested and understanding of why my heart was so set on the 2015 Sonata. I was recently in what could have been a fatal car accident of where my 2014 Sonata collided and rolled after fainting behind the wheel. The car saved my life. Due to the safety of the 2014 Sonota I wouldn't have any other car. Jennifer was able to put me in my new 2015 Sonata at the best price I could find in three states. I couldn't thank you enough! More

My sales consultant Bristol was very friendly, all of my questions were answered and everything was very straightforward. I visited a dealership prior to visiting Heritage Hyundai and had a terrible experience. We went to a Hyundai dealership closer to our home and we were told we couldn't afford anything My husband and I had a very positive experience here. We went to a Hyundai dealership closer to our home and we were told we couldn't afford anything more than a Elantra based on what we wanted to keep our monthly payments at, they never even ran our credit. I contacted Jennifer and she suggested I come to her dealership so we could discuss further. We did and ended up leaving in a Sonata Sport at UNDER what I wanted my monthly payment to be and thats with additional gap insurance added on. Her and Scott wanted us to be in something comfortable and did what they could to make sure we did! I will recommend this dealership to ANYONE looking and refer them directly to Jennifer because of the outstanding customer service she provided. Her and Scott are the "A Team" to my family and we're forever thankful! More
