Courteous honest and persistent Me and my wife went to this dealer with low expectation, having what you'd call less than ideal credit and thinking we would never get financed for an Me and my wife went to this dealer with low expectation, having what you'd call less than ideal credit and thinking we would never get financed for another car. when we got to the dealer we were greeted by Binda who we explained our credit situation to and he had said he was confident he could get us financed he showed us the car we had called in about (12 hyundai sonata) this s when i realized how indecisive my wife was. we ended up looking at several different cars and the whole although it was cold outside binda stayed out their withus walking us around making different suggestion. when we walked back in we were greeted by the sales manager Scott he had run our credit and seen that we would have to go upside down on our old car so he made a suggestion that we go with a new car from the last years model year so we would get rebates. we ended up getting a 2014 fully loaded hyundai elantra limited. Now this is what set this dealer apart from the rest. i wanted to get a 2015 hyundai genesis and trade in my car so that would have been 2 sales for the dealership. now when scott had run my credit he realized that although they would be able to get me into a genesis my interest rate would be extremely high rather than sell me the car anyway scott set down with me and my wife looking at our credit and took over an hour to explain to us how to fix it and give us a plan of action to fix it. Scott was by far the best salesperson i have ever had the opportunity to work with and the friendliness atmosphere of this dealership is simply amazing. after all of the paperwork was settle La Toya took my wife out to her new car and set down and explained all of the new features of the car, she took the time to set her up a bluelink account, and answer all of my wife questions about her new car. while we were in the dealership and binda and Scott were talking La toya rushed over to keep me and my wife company. all in all this dealership gave the best car buying experience anyone could ask for and i fully intend to become a permanent hyundai owner simply because i wouldnt want to buy a car anywhere else now. :) More

My wife and I live in the city and we didn’t have a use for a car in the past, but I recently took on a job that requires me to travel. We were unsure about what we were looking for, but Lisa listened to our needs and found just the right vehicle. I needed something safe and reliable with AWD and spacious to move things for work. We also wanted something rugged to take the dog to the beach and comfortable enough to go on longer drives with some of the extras found in higher end models. It had to be something our family could grow into in the future, but sleek enough in the meantime for the occasional night out on the town. We test drove the Santa Fe with basic features first, which we liked, but my wife remarked on its size possibly being an issue, especially with parking being a challenge in our area. Considering our long list of desired features, Lisa had us test drive a Tucson Limited next and it fit the bill, literally. Running the numbers, our budget appreciated it and having driven our compact SUV for a couple of weeks now, we couldn’t be happier. The fully loaded Tucson proved to be perfect for us in terms of size, comfort and functionality — all without breaking the budget. Working with Lisa was such a delight and we really appreciate that she took the time to help us find something that fits our lifestyle. I would recommend her services without any hesitation.
