I needed o confirm that my tow hitch was factory installed or aftermarket. Because I live in Midlothian, Virginia the dealer there (Pearson Hyundai) told me it was an aftermarket tow hitch. I knew t installed or aftermarket. Because I live in Midlothian, Virginia the dealer there (Pearson Hyundai) told me it was an aftermarket tow hitch. I knew that was wrong. I called to confirm it was factory installed. I received a call from your dealership within 30 minutes of my email and it was confirmed it was factory. Your dealership volunteered to contact Pearson but it wasn't necessary. Thanks for your help. More
