Our saleman, Jack, and his manager Jason, worked with us on price very fairly. I felt like 2 other dealerships had tried to take advantage of us but not here. The car was delivered from another location so we could buy the color my daughter wanted. Jack explained everything about the purchase and the car very thoroughly. He even set up her phone with the car and showed her how to use the voice commands for the phone and radio. I would buy another car there and would recommend them to anyone. More

horrible service department 9/10/2017 Had a scheduled appointment for a warranty replacement, the part finally came in and we scheduled an appointment . When I got there the service advisor I had been assigned knew nothing about it but did find the part reserved for my in the parts department. He said it would take an hour to hour and a half , After an hour and forty five min I went to check on the status of my work. It was at this time he started to double talk and then said well the technician was backed up etc... bottom line they had not even started the repair. If they had been decent enough to tell me earlier that there was a scheduling error or problem I would have gladly just rescheduled. But to keep me waiting in their waiting area for over an hour and a half and not even start that is ridiculous. My wife is looking to buy a new Hyundai guess we will not be looking here!. More

Tom was very knowledgeable, professional, and showed just the right amount of follow up (i.e., not too aggressive like some other dealerships). I was able to come in for a test drive last minute and Tom was nice enough to stay past his scheduled work hours to meet with me and didn't make me feel rushed. He answered all my questions and knew a great deal about the car I was considering. I highly recommend working with Tom for anyone considering Heritage Hyundai Towson. More
