Rolling Rolling Rolling I purchased 4 tires in April of 2017, I brought my car back to Heritage Hyundai Towson to fix my one tire and replace the other two tires. The service I purchased 4 tires in April of 2017, I brought my car back to Heritage Hyundai Towson to fix my one tire and replace the other two tires. The service rep and her co heart tried for two weeks to resolve and communicate with the tire company. It has taken two weeks too long. Out of frustration, I reached out to the Service Manager Matt. With his help, he was able to resolve my issue. My advice, if Nothing is resolved in a couple of days, call your Service Manager Matt, Matt listened and took the wheel! More

A few weeks ago her AC stopped blowing cold air and she was given contradictory advice by 2 dealerships. I asked to bring it with her on a trip home and Matt Grubb, the service manager at Heritage, , was able to have it looked at, provided us with the correct advice and did everything possible to get the repair done in one day. He communicated with us continuously and provided extraordinary service. I strongly recommend this dealer. More

Here is why: I wen here to buy a new elantra value edition and was super excited to buy a new car. I did my research and did all of the math based on what they were advertising before going in to make everything simple and easy. I was content with the number that was advertised so negotiation was not necessary. When it came to discussing numbers, they would not explain why their final number showed $1,000 more than mine. I did my math right in front of them and got to the same number again, I then asked them to show me how their price got to be $1,000 more than mine and they would not show or explain anything to me. The fact they would not prove why the numbers were off is false advertising. When I told the finance manager this, he replied by saying "that is what everyone says". Further proving they do this to people on a daily basis. He then continued to roll his eyes at me and had a major attitude. It is the law to provide numbers, and instead of doing that he was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The way I was treated here is gut wrenching. I went to another dealership that matched my final number and bought from them. I suggest everyone else do the same unless you want to spend more money than you have to. More

Comparing Hyundai Ionic to Kia Niro- Not trading in my vehic Liked both cars. Similar electronic safety extras, Sirius radio, digital display screen size, sunroof, automatic heat/cool front seats w/memory adjust Liked both cars. Similar electronic safety extras, Sirius radio, digital display screen size, sunroof, automatic heat/cool front seats w/memory adjustments and price. Iconic has 1 battery, Niro has 2. Ionic battery warranty lifetime, Niro 10yrs/100k miles. Great gas miles on both 45-48mpg. Ionic slightly bigger rear space. Neither one has a spare tire. Difference: didn't like Ionic front end grill style & bar across rear window. So we purchased the Kia Niro. P.S. I liked the Mazda Hybred AWD w/sunroof and same safety and entertainment features but spouse nixed the 38mpg rating. Good gas mileage is important to him. More
