Nobody is calling back after I leave voicemails, nobody is emailing back to my emails, and half the time, the person I'm calling doesn't answer. Buying the car was a relatively nice experience but dealing with all this is incredibly frustrating. More

WALT WAS AMAZING I must say that Walt is a true asset to the company. I was very hesitant with trading in my vehicle, but Walt made it very easy and comfortable for me I must say that Walt is a true asset to the company. Unauthorized Credit Check Sara Herr, their Internet Sales manager, was so eager to make a sale she put 3-hard inquiries on my credit report BEFORE sending me a sales quote. I have tried to call me 3-4 times already and left him VMs. He does pick up my call and does not call back. Since I have no time to keep trying, I will pass this issue to my lawyer. More
