Don't waste your time here. Drove out on a cold Friday night after talking to Richard who promised to get us a deal. The trip out to the dealership was nothing but a hassle. After spending 2hrs at the dealership,,, we were promised certain numbers and was told someone would call us back after the weekend. It was such a hassle trying to reach out to Richard. He never called us back, never kept us informed on what was going on...i had to call him several times but he never picked up my and nor did he return my calls. You can't rely on this dealership to make it right. Unfortunately, It was a headache chasing down Richard to figure stuff out. More

Worst Customer Service by New Car Sales I spoke with Richard Wiess for a new car that I was looking for and scheduled time to visit the dealership although they didn't have the exact trim in I spoke with Richard Wiess for a new car that I was looking for and scheduled time to visit the dealership although they didn't have the exact trim in stock. I was told I could work on a deal for an incoming vehicle and put a deposit for delivery. I drove about 45 mins to this dealership to do just that and when I got there with my family, we provided all the info to Richard who then said he'd need 2 days to work everything out and assured us he can work out a deal within our budget and needs. That's it. We never heard back from Richard after that visit unless we called multiple times, left voicemails, and asked for the receptionist to find him and get him on the phone. We wasted a week of our time on this instead of being out there working with a more professional sales team. I do not recommend this dealership. More
