I never thought I would buy a Hyundai. Bad service I bought a used car here and was at the dealer for 3 hours. When I was going into the finance office to sign contract the salesman Kevin told me they I bought a used car here and was at the dealer for 3 hours. When I was finished and came back to get it they didn’t clean it very well and it smelled like cigarettes. I emailed both the salesman and the general manager and neither responded. 3 weeks later I have the oil changed and tires rotated and found out the 2 tires that were on the back were choppy and made a loud whining noise when driving so I took it to another place to see if maybe they were out of balance and that’s when they told me they tires were bad. I called the service dept and told them the problem they put me through to the sales guy Kevin who didn’t answer or return my call. Finally called general manager today and he would not do anything to help me, he actually had the nerve to tell me to turn up the radio so I wouldn’t hear it. The only thing he agreed to after I asked was if I bought the new tires would they install them and balance them for me and he said yes. I think he should have offered to pay for 1 tire. Don’t buy a car here unless it’s new. You may have a better experience More
