Besides professional, they seek to improve the customer experience by smoothing out glitches like Sang did for me. Elliott presented the financing super clearly and professionally. They could only find one key so they wanted to cut me a new one on the spot, but it would take three hours, and I needed to drive 7 hours home thru a rain storm. I asked if they would cut me a check for the cost if I did it at home on my own, and they said yes. Fair and accountable! I would buy a car from them any day!. More
