Heritage Honda Westminster - Service Center

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Accord. Shortly thereafter I recieved a follow-up call from Adam Rew to see how car was driving, handling, etc. During our conversation I mentioned I was due for a thereafter I recieved a follow-up call from Adam Rew to see how car was driving, handling, etc. During our conversation I mentioned I was due for an oil change. Adam set-up the appiointment, greeted me upon arrival and personnally handeled my service visit. Along with the other service advisors, Adam made my visit comfortable, speedy and curtious. I would recommend Heritage Honda of Westminster sevice department to any friends or family, without a doubt!!!! Awesome experience!!! More

When I go there for service everyone is very happy and helpfull. I always need to wait for my car since I use it for work. They set me up with a desk and phone to use so I can keep working while I wait. helpfull. I always need to wait for my car since I use it for work. They go to great lengths to make sure you know what was done and why. Even on oil changes they look it over for safety and explain what they find. More

I have had my Odyssey for over 2 years and I love the vehicle. The service here just makes it better. Everyone is so helpful. I have kids who have abused this van and no one is judgemental, they seem vehicle. The service here just makes it better. Everyone is so helpful. My 1998 Honda Civic was having brake problems and the ABS light came on Saturday afternoon. I took it to Heritage Honda in Westminster and got there right when the service department was closing. Tom, the light came on Saturday afternoon. I took it to Heritage Honda in Westminster and got there right when the service department was closing. Tom, the advisor, was able to arrange for one of the mechanics to check the brakes and make sure it was safe to drive. It was, and he then scheduled an appointment for me Monday morning to take care of the problem. When I took the car in on Monday they were able to take the car into the shop immediately and I was surprised when they had my car back to me in under 1 hour. The service was outstanding and I will definately recommend them to my friends. Ann M. More
