My 2007 Accord needed a new evaporator (for the ac)- there was a flaking defect. The repair was still under warranty, so an appt. was made (for a Wed) and a new part was ordered. Once my car was dismantled for repair, the part that was received was defective, so the repair couldn't be completed in the 4 hours as promised. I was given a car to drive, and I would have to come back the next day (Thurs) when it was ready. The call came too late in the day for me to get to the dealer before service was closed. So, the next morning (Fri) I arrived for my car. When I got in it to cool it off before leaving, the ac was blowing hot air. I had to leave my car for the weekend. I left again with the "loaner" car. I expressed concern about having to return to the dealer again. Malcom, the service tech, said he would get my repaired car to me and pick up the loaner. On Mon the repair was done, and Bill brought my car to work and picked up the loaner. In addition, the next day (Tues) Malcom called to make sure all was ok with my car. Malcolm and Bill are very conscientious and courteous, and know that customer service is a priority. They have been a joy to work with. The service dept. and the dealership are most fortunate to have them on their staff. I know I am grateful for all they've done for me !!! Thank you, Nancy More
I bought my 2007 Honda accord from Heritage Honda in Westminster. About 1 month ago my air conditioner was blowing warm air. I took it to a local shop and they told me I had the controls set wrong.... Westminster. About 1 month ago my air conditioner was blowing warm air. I took it to a local shop and they told me I had the controls set wrong.... I paid the labor fee and left. I than took it to another local shop who took my ac unit apart and put it in the trunk of my car and charged me more $ in labor fees. I decided to than go to the dealer and tell them about my experiences and see what could be done. I met a sales consultant- Chuck Hanna and I told him my story. He told me to contact Adam Rew- the sales manager and see what he could do for me. My accord had just over 40K miles on it and was just out of the 3 year/36K warranty. I called Adam on the phone and he agreed to sit down and discuss my situation with me in person. He was very understanding and told me that he appreciated my honesty. Adam took time to look at my vehicle and instructed me to bring it in for service and he would see what he could help me with. Adam was able to get my air conditioner repaired for me after talking to a factory rep at Honda at a price that I feel was "very fair". I appreciate the time that Adam spent with me to explain my options and the extra mile he went to help me with the price of the repairs. More

Service needed: new valet key for Accord. Estimated 45 min, ran 60. Programmed new beeper key instead of valet key requested. Advised it would be an additional 10 min. to do proper key--it was 20. Billed labor @ $97.67, based on $95/hr; can't tell whether I paid for their labor in fixing mistake, but I may have. Added $12 hazmat charge to bill. I asked what hazardous materials were involved in programming valet key. Cashier said, "Oh, they just add that on." I persisted in wanting to know details. Never got explanation, but they took the hazmat charge off final bill. This was 2d bad experience w/service dept. First was when TPM light kept coming on; required several trips back to dealership before diagnosed. However, that service manager apologized and tried to be helpful. More
Heritage is freindly and very helpfull most of the time. Joe Ski is a great people person. He understands you when you walk in the door and there is not preciour to make a desion he knows you don't wan to Joe Ski is a great people person. Pricing has always been reasonable, esp. for having the highly trained techs and factory parts they have.They're building a new "state of the art facility" and I can't wait to try it! I would recommend adam rew and his service team to anyone who needs their Honda serviced or repaired! I'll never have my 2 hondas serviced anywhere else. I've purchased both of them there, and their sales staff has always gone out of their way to treat me like family! I rated them all 5's because they are worth it!! More
recently had my Odyssey serviced and the friendliness and professional attitude expressed by all was exemplary!
