He lets me know what things are needed to be serviced and lets me know what can wait. He is always honest with what work is actually needed and always tries to save me money, when possible. I couldn't ask for a better service advisor. Rita More

I was going to be traveling on New Year's eve, and I had let the oil go to the 15% level and was very reluctant to travel the great distance without the oil change. Tom Henigman was able to work me in with short notice and did his usual excellent servicing of my 2013 Honda Accord Sport. This put my mind at ease for my trip and will allow me to take the trip without the concern for my car. Thanks to Tom. More

When I made the appointment for this service, somehow your personnel did not know about the extended warratny (100K miles) for the power steering problem. I was told that I would have to bring in the letter I received 2 months ago to have this service covered under warranty. You should have known about this problem and the warranty extension. When I dropped off the vehicle, I asked to have the timing belt changed and was told there was a $420 special for this complete service. I asked about replacing the water pump and was told this would cost $250. It seemed a little high to me for the water pump as most of the labor is aready done when replacing the timing belt. Is the labor doubly charged? I was called during the day by the service advisor and he tried to sell me a whole lot more service - such as replacing the plugs for a ridiculous cost of $250, Rear brakes, etc. which I refused. The weird thing was is that the check engine light was on and the service advisor made no mention of this to me whatsoever. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I looked at the bill and realized that I was being charged for the parts with the recall item listed as Job #3 on the invoice. I brought this to the service advisors attention and he went to correct it. When he returned with a new invoice, I asked why the cost for the timing belt replacement was more than the $420 quoted - I had been charged for the cost of the belt and parts in addition to the $420 for the labor. Your website lists the cost for the Odyssey at 409.95??? Again, the service advisor corrected this and generated yet another invoice. After getting home I now realise that it is still incorrect as I was charged a total of $431.34 for the timing belt (job #4 on the invoice). I also realized that the cost for the water pump (job #5) was 278.79. Again looking over the invoice, I also realized that the charges at the bottom of the bill were not explained to me. They are listed as job #A ( a cost of $28) - were these costs related to the recall and warranty work? If so, I should not have been charged. If not, then they should have been listed under the timing belt (job #4) or the drive belt(job #6). What are these charges for? The dealership then called me as they realized that they had overcharged me and sent me a check for the overcharge. Overall, I was very unhappy with your quality of service, attention to detail, and the time it took me to pick up the vehicle at the dealership. More

I have been coming to this dealership for years, and the service was always good. Today I came in because I heard a noise from the exhaust. Immediately I thought I would need a ton of work. I got my vehic service was always good. Today I came in because I heard a noise from the exhaust. Immediately I thought I would need a ton of work. I got my vehicle in to Malcolm and he gave me peace of mind. The noise was simply a rock wedged in between my brake and backing plate. Malcolm could have taken advantage of me, but he did not. The service here is very honest and I would always bring my vehicle back for service. More
I met Rick Miller in the Parts Dept. and asked if there was anything that would allow me to connect my 3.5mm audio jack from my MP3 player to the stock Honda Radio Head unit on a 2007 Accord. They refe was anything that would allow me to connect my 3.5mm audio jack from my MP3 player to the stock Honda Radio Head unit on a 2007 Accord. They referred me to a site that had exactly what I needed! www.logjamelectronics.com I have asked many people over the past 2 years for something like this and he was the first person that actually took the time to investigate all of my options. I work in the Electronics Semiconductor business as an Applications Engineer, so I really appreciate good customer service and its rare to find these days! Thank you again for all your help. More
Westminster Heritage Honda Service Center has been the ONLY ones to service my NEW Honda for all of it's three years since we bought from them. $800 to replace the power steering pump. First question, "Do ONLY ones to service my NEW Honda for all of it's three years since we bought from them. $800 to replace the power steering pump. First question, "Do you have an extended warranty"? Trust ... priceless. Mile One Honda ... worthless. The last time I drove away, I noticed a new strange noise coming from my rear, right tire. I drove it back and asked them to check it out. "Could be your roters need to be replaced". Not on a relatively new car. "Well, maybe they can be turned the next time you're in". Hmmm. I also noticed the steering was tight, but no matter, I'm busy and still naively trusting of this professional service center. This time, when I was quoted $700 for replacing the THREE YEAR OLD power steering pump and $89 to bleed the line. I was in SHOCK! Once the warranty question came out, I recalled a recent report about this type of scam. How can a three year old HONDA have such a major repair in such a short period of time? Oh, and if you want synthetic oil in your car, you had better tell them you really really want it. Because they decided to switch it to regular oil because, they thought it wasn't really necessary to go with synthetic. I'm so glad they are there to tell me how to spend my money and maintain my things. I'm just a local idiot. I highly recommend that if you need your car serviced, go to a reputable reasonable service center where they will listen respectfully to what you need, advocate on the customers behalf when their products don't hold up, and not look for ways to pad their bottom line.
