Never will I go there again. I have never been ripped off to this extent before and if I could give a 0 star rating I would give that because one star is just way to generous. We have had our vehicle back to this dealership 4 times in the past approximately a year for the EXACT same problem and each time it is hundreds or thousands to "fix" the problem for it to NOT EVEN BE FIXED!!! The final (and I mean the last time we will ever walk through them doors) was for a MD State Inspection where we were severely overcharged ($40, that they eventually reimbursed) for the inspection (which is still $20 -$40 higher priced than other local facilities) PLUS $25 in shop supplies and yet again hundreds of dollars to fix the A/C again which they are saying now a different part is bad. We have had this vehicle back 4 times for the exact same problem with the A/C being intermittent and work for days or even weeks and then stop working for days or weeks and then all of the sudden work again. I understand that when the problem is intermittent and working at the time of repair they cannot truly diagnoses the problem but when we take it in to be worked on it is NOT WORKING at the time so that excuse does not hold water. I have paid an excessive amount of parts, labor, and time for NOTHING. And then to be charged $162.00 (for a small car) for a Maryland Safety Inspection is NUTS!!!! BEWARE TO ANY PERSON THINKING OF GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! RUN, RUN, RUN, FAST AND HARD!!! Unless you have more dollars than sense then this is the place for you!!! More

Great service as usual I tok my honda in for service because the malfunction indicator light was on. My service rep, Tom Henigman, took me back to show me the problem and explain it to me. He also told me it was probably covered by my comprehensive, which I didn't know, looked up the phone number of my insurance company and offered me a phone so I could get the claim started. I've dealt with Tom in the past and he has always been extremely helpful and taken the time to explain exactly any problem I had to be sure I understood it. I've been using this dealership for ten years now and have always had good service experiences. More

I admit my review was written in heat of moment, Immediately as soon as Shawn Davie general sales mgr learned of problem he instantly reached out to me to see what assistance he could provide, Unfortunately it took a bit until I could reply back to him but in meantime he continued attempt just to ensure I was nothing less then 100% satisfied. The issue has been addressed & will be taken care of just as soon as I can schedule an apt. Shawn also handled an issue which technically not their fault, Shawn is truly dedicated in ensuring their clients are completely beyond satisfied, Also everyone I've had interactions with in service goes up and beyond professionalism as well. I'm most certain once my service work is completed, if able I will be writing another review starred excellent. I am very very pleased. If another Honda needs to be purchased at later date, transaction will be @ Westminster Honda! More

Jeremy Dedmon was professional, courteous, really listened and went beyond the norm to perform all the services in the most economical way. I have a few more things I would like done in the not too distant future and will make a point to contact Jeremy to help guide me through the process.
