Great Service Jeremy L. Dedmon who is the service manager at Heirtage Honda was very helpful. I had a light bulb stuck inside my headlight. Jeremy and his team did Jeremy L. Dedmon who is the service manager at Heirtage Honda was very helpful. I had a light bulb stuck inside my headlight. Jeremy and his team did a phenomenal job of completing the task. They did me a huge favor by not having to take the bumper off. This saved me tons of money!!!!! Awesome crew! More

Fast welcoming friendly service I had never been to heritage Honda before being new to the area. My low tire was on and found heritage Honda which was the closest dealer. I was gre I had never been to heritage Honda before being new to the area. My low tire was on and found heritage Honda which was the closest dealer. I was greeted in the service lane by a gentleman named Chris Mclane he politely asked me what he could help me with and once I told him my low tire light was on he asked where my car was and had the attendant pull my car in and proceeded to check my tires air pressures he assured my by there findings there wasn't anything wrong with my tires and the light came on due to the weather change. Once they were finish informing me about the weather and the relation to my tire pressures he showed me how to reset my tire monitoring system. If everyone at heritage Honda is as welcoming and helpful as Chris Mclane I will be looking forward to making them my new Honda dealership since my original dealership is 4 states away. I would like to say thanks for the wonderful and polite service I received on my first visit More

Car smells like urine every since they got ahold of it. I scheduled an appointment for service on my AC online. I got there & some rude old guy tells me it doesn't matter that I made an appt online they do I scheduled an appointment for service on my AC online. I got there & some rude old guy tells me it doesn't matter that I made an appt online they don't have time to look at it. Since I had made an appt & took the day off to get this fixed I through a fit. He said fine, leave it here, we'll look at it. After sitting there the entire day they tell me they can't find anything wrong with it. I get in it to leave and it wreaks of urine. It's been over a month & I still can't get rid of the urine smell. We've cleaned the carpet & upholstery multiple times & bought odor eliminator & still smells awful. My husband, who knows nothing about cars, looked up the AC problem online & fixed it himself with a part that cost less than $10, but I'm still left with the horrible smell. The service people at Heritage Honda of Westminster, MD are rude, ignorant, & just plain mean! I will never go there again!!! More
