Routine service for code B16 From the start it was great, called in on a Monday morning and got a appointment for the afternoon as I wanted. Service code B16 had been showing and From the start it was great, called in on a Monday morning and got a appointment for the afternoon as I wanted. Service code B16 had been showing and was right in the middle of moving to a new house so had to put it off till it was down to 5%. Pouring down rain but the drive in enclosed check in made for a dry exit. Check in was quick. You get to stay or be shuttled during your wait, I preferred to wait in the nice waiting area. Servicing was very quick for my 2015 Honda CR-V and Mike Meckley, my service advisor, brought in my paperwork and went over everything they did and checked. A quick bill pay using a coupon from email and I was ready. Still raining outside so it was nice to walk out into the enclosed area for a dry walk into the car. Excellent service at Heritage Honda Westminster, while it is only my second service there, they treat every customer great. I'll be back when I need my next service. More

Quick Service I love that I can manage my service appointment online. The appointment was completed within the time estimated and Mike stopped by to answer all my questions. Duffy was upfront and honest with me throughout the whole process and not once did I feel pressured to make a commitment I did not feel comfortable with. Even once I purchased the car Duffy went above and beyond ordering me a new owners manual and personally calling to check in with me and make sure that I am satisfied with my new car purchase. After I purchased my car I was told I could bring my car back for a free oil change and inspection. After calling and setting up the appointment the sales women was all too happy to help me and insured me that the oil change would in fact be free. When I came in everyone was very welcoming. Mike checked my in and did a wonderful job servicing my car. When he was done he walked me through everything that he did and the multi-point inspection. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back in the future. More
