Great Customer Service!! This was my first experience visiting the Service Center at Heritage Honda Westminster. I spoke with Mike Meckley regarding the dead battery in my le This was my first experience visiting the Service Center at Heritage Honda Westminster. I spoke with Mike Meckley regarding the dead battery in my less than three year old CR-V. He made suggestions as to what I should do and after getting a jump start to my battery, I drove my CR-V to the service center, where Mike greeted me and took care of testing my battery and determining that the battery would be replaced for me under my warranty. Mike answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and was pleasant and patient with me during my phone calls and visit. Thank you!!! More

Not sure why we use the service writer's direct phone when the dealership phone worked better. More
