This is an issue that we've had since we purchased the van 4 years ago and several Honda dealerships have made attempts at repair. 4 months later, we are happy to say the problem has not returned and was successfully repaired! Within a few hours, Jeremy got our Honda into the shop and got us replacement Van from Enterprise which could hold our three car seats. The experience was fantastic and I believe Jeremy went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Our van was back to us in 2 days and seems to be back in working order. Thanks Jeremy. Joe More
