We purchased a CR-V back in March. Chandra is wonderful, and we love the vehicle, but everything else has been miserable. We are now 98 days past when we purchased the vehicle, on our Chandra is wonderful, and we love the vehicle, but everything else has been miserable. We are now 98 days past when we purchased the vehicle, on our third temporary registration, and we still don't have the registration completed. We were advised on June 5th all the paperwork was fixed and everything had been submitted to the tax and title company. One would think you would not sell a vehicle that has title issues to begin with. You would also think the title company you use might be motivated to complete this given they're significantly over the date, but no dice. Multiple emails and calls for updates (June 16th & 20th) now go unanswered unless one of us show up in person. I'm completely over this experience. Needless to say, we cannot in good faith recommend, nor will we use this dealership ever again. More
