I had some accessories installed by these guys and all I can say is Excellent! Their service model is the best I have seen anywhere, as you are greeted by your personal service writer right after you pull can say is Excellent! I was assingned to Chris and he was great, he said it would take about four hours to to the work and he kept me informed during the process. He even took me back into the service shop to meet the guy who was installing my stuff! There is a nice waiting area that extends into the showroom, that included a couple of internet terminals - outstanding! As estimated, the car was ready in four hours. Can't wait to get my new Honda serviced at this awsome dealership/repair shop. More

This is my fourth Honda I have purchased from this dealership over the course of 24 years. Hal and Eric were highly professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. I had my first service/oil change at Heritage Honda in Towson – not only was I in and out in less than 30 minutes but the walls were filled with pink ribbons of donation and support for breast cancer! I have my oil changes done at Heritage Honda even though I didn't purchase there. They have an express service, which is like a jiffy lube in price and wait time, but the experience and knowledge of Honda I didn't purchase there. They have an express service, which is like a jiffy lube in price and wait time, but the experience and knowledge of Honda Certified Master Technicians. Plus, MUCH nicer waiting area than any "quick service" place that I have ever been to! More
